Beautiful property and it is well equipped and very clean. The pool outside is very spacious and relaxing. The Beach is a 5 minute walk and the Beach club is excellent. All staff we met were helpful and friendly. Many restaurants and bars nearby and it's located between Holetown & Speightstown meaning you can head out for the evening and not have to travel far. I'd recommend to anyone!

This house was absolutely perfect for us as a family ranging in age from 71 to 4. Having 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms meant everyone had some privacy whilst still all being together. The large pool with waterfall just outside the patio gate was a huge hit with everyone. Another big plus is the membership to the Royal Westmoreland Beach area, it was a pity the actual restaurant and bar were closed for renovation but having the towels, loungers and umbrellas was wonderful and we were able to get drinks from the little bar on the beach. The housekeepers were also excellent. We will be back

What a wonderful place to stay. The pictures are exactly as the house is. Kitchen is fully stocked with any tools you need to cook with. All private rooms with nice new bathrooms. The dining area out back is terrific as well as the quiet sitting area. The living room doors all open to the back to make it very breezy. The pool is much bigger than you think and is right behind the house as well. We only saw a few people in the pool in the early AM so it can mostly be 'yours.' You are literally across the street from Mullins Bay and Mullins Beach Bar where you have beach chair and towel access and a private dining area. The gated community is brand newish and very safe feeling. The bus stop to Holetown/Bridgetown is right behind the house as well. We rented cars (there's parking for two) and getting to and from the big towns for shopping was very simple as you're right off the main coastal road and few minutes from the main highway. The bus is very fast as well and can take you to Holetown and fine dining spots within a few minutes. John the property manager is absolutely perfect, attentive, responsive to texts etc. and the maid service, Melissa and Marita, were friendly and gracious. Definitely recommended!

Have stayed at Jus Chillin annually for the last seven years. Couldn't think of a better location in Barbados. Everywhere easy to reach. The beach is a stones throw away. The beach bar is fab. The pool is always quiet. The maid cleans and does your laundry. John will sort out any problems you may have. What more could you want.

CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH AND MULLINS BAR SUITED OUR 21/22/25 YEAR OLDS PERFECTLY - AND THE OUTDOOR LIVING AREA/BBQ AND SWIMMING POOL (BOTTOM OF THE GARDEN) ALL ENHANCED OUR MEMORABLE STAY. THE PROPERTY IS A DELIGHT TO LIVE IN AND IS WELL MAINTAINED AND LOOKED AFTER BY DAILY MAID SERVICE. RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS ARE ALL EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND WE ALL CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN.

We have been to Barbados a few times and to Jus Chillin more than once. We find the island very friendly, very relaxing and an ideal place to just chill out. The island is quite eclectic with rough beaches and beautiful calm beaches; lavish eating places and classic local rum shacks. I have also played golf at all of the courses on the island which are amongst the best anywhere. Jus Chilin is the perfect place to stay on the island, ideally located for beach, shops, restaurants and golf. It also offers an extremely comfortable place to stay and enhance your chilling out. Well furnished and spacious with excellent pool facilities. Mullins beach facility just adds to this. Very good maid service with big John always there to sort anything else for you. Already reserved for next year and already looking forward to it.

We stayed at Jus Chillin in April with friends and had a great holiday. It's beautifully furnished, has a big pool directly outside and is literally opposite the beach. Perfect location. We loved the food at Mullins Beach Bar and they have a live band on a Sunday, which is brilliant. All in all a fantastic time and we've booked again for 2014. Enough said!

Jus Chillin' is a large villa forming part of the Mullins Bay gated residence. It is extremely well equipped and boasts good size bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms including a luxurious bath on the top floor. The outside seating area is great and I would suggest that it would comfortable provide room for 6 adults though there is seating for 8. The shared pools are great and were deserted when we were there which was lovely though plenty of room for many people! Having membership to the Mullins beach club was a real advantage - raising your yellow flag to receive service was great as well as having comfortable loungers and beach towels provided there. The beach bar/restaurant has a good, simple menu and friendly staff and was great for our 3 year old. We also enjoyed Bombas just up the road. Jus Chillin is exceptionally clean, aided by the cleaner who was there perhaps more than necessary and for quite a long time each time. That bring said we were just a tidy family of 3 compared to what they must normally be used to! Lovely to have our washing and ironing done - nothing to wash when we got home! Other benefits were the great house manager who did our shop for us before we arrived and was always at the end of the phone for tips and advice as well a great selection of DVDs to watch in the villa. We would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a truly luxurious home away from home - having the beach so close as well as the great pools is perfect. Very easy to find as well - Mullins Bay (the gated development) is listed in the sat Nav and is only a short drive from Holetown's shops and restaurants.

We had the great pleasure of spending our honeymoon at Jus' Chillin' and I can say without any hesitation that it was the best vacation we have experienced (I'm sure my wife will agree also) Only a stones throw away from the fabulous Mullins bay and a 15 minute drive from Holetown where we spent many an evening dining in some of the many restaurants. Swimming with turtles and visiting the distillery for one of my favourite tipples (Mount Gay Rum) have to be some of the memorable moments though we were just as happy "chillin" by the pool. All in all, loved every minute of it and would certainly go again.
