Staff attitude was not good, food quality also not maintain during at lunch time or if u order in room services One more thing want to tell booking.com I booked hotel on your website and it was mentioned there was no charge for booking I need to pay at hotel on my arrival. That's y I given my card details. But hotel staff deducted one day room fare in morning itself on 26th Aug but I suppose to check in the evening by 9pm. He does not bother to call me also before taking the money. Just sent one mail after transaction. How it is fair my question to booking.com.

The rooms were clean and as described. The location was convenient for my needs and had ease of access to all services like cabs, deliveries, etc. The staff were helpful in the entire check-in and check-out process.

The rooms could be slightly more bigger and offer a little more space for storing luggage.
