Great location, clean. Rooftop seating and lounging was fun!

Decor was great and modern. Very visitor and family friendly. Breakfast had many options and a lot of places to sit and eat. Offered plenty of food/snack/drink options for purchase during the stay. Fitness room was small but nice. Just a very pleasant atmosphere overall. Bathroom was clean. Good shower. Very quiet with the exception of the breakfast area when a large school group was there in the morning, which would be expected. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was very convenient to the local attractions.
Room was a bit on the small side but made great use of the space in a minimalist kind of way. Refrigerator was a bit small and no in room microwave.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and that was one of the highlights of the trip; there was a workout facility on the premises; pool stays open until 11:00 pm was a plus; breakfast hours were excellent
The room was smaller than expected; when we arrived the room was hot because the air was not working and had to be changed while we were onsite because they did not have another room available. The fan in the bathroom was not working; the amenities were not so family friendly as compared to similar hotels by Hilton!

Room was clean and breakfast had something for everyone. Tru by Hilton was in the perfect location for all attractions, and within walking distance to the island.

Everything was clean and the staff was excellent.
There were a couple of dogs on our floor who were barking and the sound insulation was not wonderful. We could hear children running around on the floor above us very late and very early.

Close to a lot of attractions!
I loved everything! Especially the coffee and tea. The only thing I would recommend is better cleaning (there was mold on the toilet tissue and around the toilet, UPON ENTERING the room). I would also get better shower doors, when taking a shower the doors would leak water all on the floor.

Breakfast was good. This is a very family, friendly hotel, a lot of games in the lobby for the kids to play. I love the sky deck very pretty at night. The bunkbed suite was phenomenal. The kids really loved having a super Nintendo in the bedroom, and when I say kids, I mean my one child and my husband :-)
I really liked everything about this hotel. The only thing that was broken were the super Nintendo extension cords for the kids room but it really wasn’t a problem.

Everything else!! Something happened every single day the rooms are the size of a shoebox, and I was just told that tru by Hilton is for minimalists! Our fire alarm went off for 14+ hours called three times maintenance never came in. That was just one issue of many!

The cleanliness and closeness to attractions. I also liked the rooftop area and the game area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I also loved the soap and lotion dispensers. That was a plus and very convenient. All hotels should have that feature.
The beds were so hard that I dreaded going to sleep. I woke up sore every day. The closet concept is a very different idea but there was no place to put my underclothes or to put my purse so that it would be out of sight in case house keeping needs to come into my room. I had to keep my purse with me at all times and dress out of my suitcase the entire trip.
