The home was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and very comfortable. The host was quick to respond with any questions we may have had. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

This was our 2nd visit to the property, and we enjoyed it as much as the first visit. The home is gorgeous, just like the picture and more. We enjoyed all the rooms that the home provides, the kitchen is well-stocked, and we had many wonderful meals and also used the bbq pit. The backyard is amazing, we loved the nature, the open, beautiful skies, and seating areas. We felt very comfortable and at home. Cathy is an excellent host and made sure she was available to us to make our trip wonderful. We will be back next year!!

This home is beautiful and because the owner does not have a lot of additional fees, like I've become used to from other properties, our bottom line price was comparable to other homes that are not nearly as nice and big. The pictures and description of the property depict what you actually get. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, and the backyard was amazing. We all enjoyed it, including our dog!!! The owner responds quickly and checkin is seamless. If you get the opportunity, you should rent this property.

The house is great as is the location. Quiet, clean and roomy. Lots of space to stretch out.

We had just a wonderful stay. We are very picky with where we stay and this house was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The bathroom situation is not ideal but certainly not a deal breaker, I know there is a third but it is kept locked, and I read somewhere it can be kept unlocked upon request. Had a couple minor glitches which Cathy was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend Cathy’s home to anyone, very quiet and comfortable and truly a home away from home.

Wonderful and relaxing.

This house has always been amazing for us. Rented it for the last 3 winters. Very clean and has everything you need right there. Cathy has always been responsive to our needs.

We chose this home for its mountain views and proximity to hiking, and it did not disappoint. The home was luxurious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could want. The yard was beautifully landscaped with multiple seating areas. We brought our small dog along, so were very grateful for the fenced back yard. The main highlight was the mountain views in all directions, which we enjoyed from the backyard and the upper balconies. Both the sunrises and the sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed hiking in nearby Usury Mt. Regional Park and at Saguaro Lake. The house is in an ideal neighborhood - close to all the restaurants and shopping in Mesa, and only 25 minutes from the Phoenix airport, yet set apart in a quiet area with mountain views on all sides. I can't imagine returning and staying anywhere else!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful Mesa AZ home. It is nicely decorated inside and out, and very well equipped. The patio area was a favorite place to relax on a quiet afternoon. Cathy and Elma were helpful and friendly in all our interactions. We are already planning a return visit.

This property has it all, beautiful property, well stocked, pet friendly. We enjoyed meals in an awesome kitchen and provided grill. So much living area with a great back yard. The owner was easy to get in touch and responded quickly to questions. Loved this property and would highly recommended it.

This was a special trip planned before Covid but postponed until now. We cannot praise the property or the owner highly enough and it really did become our home for the time we were here. The property is spacious and beautifully appointed and had everything you could want. It is situated well in terms to getting to other places so no issues at all. A wonderful place just to relax and unwind. We will return.

The property is beautiful. It is nestled among quiet surroundings and has everything you could possibly need or want. It's a wonderful retreat to come to at the end of a busy day of fun in the sun! We will definitely make this an annual trip!

We had such a great stay in Mesa, our home for the week was so beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had all the tools to prepare a great meal. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. The view of the valley was my dream come true! The city lights at night were twinkling and the sunsets were so beautiful, I was taking pictures all the time. We saw wildlife every day and the location is very close to the Salt river where you can view wild horses and mountain sheep, or float down the river on a kayak, tube, or paddle board. I want to thank the owner for the opportunity to spend a fun filled wonderful week in this splendid home. I hope we can come back for another stay.

Great home base for a week of seeing family. Comfortable and spacious! Enjoyed the patios in the evening and loved overlooking city lights! Super quiet and peaceful!

This house is perfect for entertaining guests. There is plenty of seating and the views of the valley are beautiful, especially at night. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Cathy quickly answered all my questions. I would love to stay here again! We highly recommend the house and working with Cathy.

We absolutely LOVED this property. It had everything you could think of that you may need at a rental unit! It was so nice and convenient, especially when traveling With young children. The location was secluded and private and breathtaking. The home was honestly beautiful! Very comfortable, there was some issues with temperature but it was quickly fixed by my contact. The backyard was an entertainers dream. We had some friends over for dinner and it was just perfect. Made s’mores around the fire. It was so lovely. I’d recommend this property 1000 times over. My only critique is the bathroom situation is strange. For either bathroom you have to go through bedrooms to get to them. So after the kids were asleep we had to send guests upstairs through our bedroom to use the bathroom. Also, the master tv REALLY needs replacing. It’s an old box big screen with a horrendous picture. Thankfully, we don’t watch a lot of tv.

We enjoyed our time at this wonderful home. Beautiful home, peaceful serene surroundings and many comfortable seating areas inside and out. It was the perfect place to enjoy family while travelling for a wedding.

Beautiful place !

This was our second stay at this spectacular home, and we loved it just as much this visit. The photos on the listing barely do it justice. The home is clean, wonderfully decorated, and has gorgeous views from the house itself and the balconies. The back yard is lovely also. What a lovely touch to have coffee makers in each of the larger bedrooms. I cannot think of anything I would change with this house.

This property is perfect! The house is clean, beautiful, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The back yard or the porch upstairs are both perfect for coffee or sitting out and enjoying the view. We definitely plan on making a return trip!

My family and I enjoyed the home very much and we had no issues. Very clean home only thing missing was a pool especially in Arizona but the refrigerated a/c made up for it 😁

Nice property great host

House is in an awesome location if you like to hike! The county park is just 10 minutes away with great hiking trails; we climbed to the summit with breathtaking views. Cool to see the city lights at night time as well!

This is a gorgeous home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We loved the balconies and the surrounding area. Couldn’t have asked for more in an Arizona setting!
