My mother and I enjoyed our stay. Rafael was very helpful. It was very good we could use a shuttlebus (for free during off-season) downtwon which leaves every 15 minutes.

Getting in touched with them took a hour and when we spoke Vanesa said her husband was on the way took another two hours to bring us the keys. When we open the apartment they just have a mini splitter air conditioner that only cool room the living room we call them to please to come check the air conditioner but she answers me telling me she leave in the attic and here in Spain we open window she was going to send a someone to check it out never came then I told her it is hot here with have to sleep with both bedrooms door open even that wouldn’t help our nephew and wife sleep on the sofa bed in the living room cuz was impossible to sleep in the room then she said the most i can do if u want I can send u some fans I reply okay well she never brought us the fans we send her that we thought they were nice people and then show there true colors. There was not even toilet paper dish soap etc in that apartment the towel were the worse smaller, the refrigerator door opened itself, garage parking terrible. We rented for 29 days we only stay for 8 days and we called them to come get the keys then they answer ok thank just leave the keys inside. I left there ugly towels clean even thought I bought laundry detergent and I clean before we left. I wouldn’t recommend it they are rip-off true liers

We have 3 children and this holiday were really expected. We hired this apartment mainly because in the internet were discriped that swimming pool (all 3) includes to the reservation and it was the main thing why we wanted to rent this appartment and when we got there, the owner said that we cannot use it at all? And in the hiring paige you tell that swimming pool is included. We came there and waited to go to swim in the pool and in Spain we found out that the descrpiction is not correct. Still the amount of the hiring was the same. I think this is false information and when I asked about this,answer was that because in did’nt ask about the pool,nobody told me about it. Also little bit weird was to charge us from paperwork (1 paper where we put our names?) and +50€ because we came there at night (even i had payed for the previous day rent extra). That was not a nice surprise. But apartment is ok for little family and it is in really beatiful place.
