Our unit was well prepared and ready for our arrival. The property is quite old, but pretty well taken care of overall. The convenience to the beach is great!

Love being on the first floor
Great beachy feel and everything we needed for our stay. Love having first floor just couldn’t see the ocean as well on first level. But did enjoy sitting on the patio! All furniture super comfy and beds were great! Thanks again.

Great Location - Clean Unit
Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Unit 115 is located on first floor directly across from pool and only a short walk to Beach Entrance. It was great to be able to pull up right in front of Condo in Circle Drive to load and unload. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

We loved the property!
The property was very clean, very colorful (we loved it!) and so close to the beach that we went there 2-3 times per day. We loved our stay and plan to return!

Condo was very nice and clean we loved the Decor. It was bright and it had everything in it you could possibly need. all the towels were color-coded to each bathroom. It was a very enjoyable stay thank you

Wonderful beach getaway
We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it - unit is on the ground floor making it easy to get our young kids and beach wagon out to the beach, which is a short walk away. Well stocked with all the necessities you could need. We would definitely book again!

Very comfortable!
Has a very comfortable living space! Has a sleep number bed which we didn’t know till the 2nd night. It was at 100 and we felt like we were sleeping on a board but once we figured out the bed it was sooo comfortable!

Exactly what we wanted
We had a wonderful experience in this rental. Everything you need is available. Front door access perfect for unloading and loading...just steps to the door. Just steps to the pool as well! Easy access to the beach snd ocean. It was a great experience! Thank you!!!

Colorful and fun
very well maintained complex with a GREAT condo! Upgraded trim work, decor. Outside patio has very comfortable furniture and was a plus. Ground floor made social distancing easy. This area of the beach is very wide and beautiful. Cooked most nights and found all I needed very well located would definitely come again. The funky colorful decor would have any little girl thinking she was in a palace!

Excellent Condo
This property was everything Mark said it would be. Comfortable, excellent location, pool, beach was excellent...our kids really enjoyed the surf, you can walk for miles. The ground floor was very handy and made things much more convenient. We would absolutely book this again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately we had to leave early due the possibility of flight restrictions to get home. We loved it. We look forward to booking Marks place again. Thanks for the hospitality Mark!!

Great location and place to stay!
We spent 7 nights in this property and absolutely loved it. Close to Kennedy Space Center and close enough to Orlando for a quick ride to the parks. The beach behind the property is kept clean and was enjoyable. The pool was clean and not too crowded. Lots of small attractions near the property means a morning adventure, back at the unit for lunch and then an afternoon/evening trip.
I would definitely rent this space again next time I am in the area.

Close to Everything!
Literally, steps from the pool and the beach. Close to stores, great places to eat, and anything else you may need. Condo is very colorful. Furniture is not very comfortable but adaquate.
