What a fabulous location- stunning views. However, be prepared to stock with a lot of your own items and do a little cleaning. Otherwise, plenty of room for everyone.

We had the best time in Exuma with our family at Enchanted Villa! This is an exceptional property and was very comfortable for 2 sets of 50 something parents and 20 something kids. The road is rough getting up to the villa but well worth it (the roads all over the island are very rough with potholes). On any of the balconies of this house, there are spectacular views of the beautiful water! Plus, you are able to walk down the road to the beach in February Point (just past the Volleyball net). It is a perfectly calm beach if you don't want to venture outside of the property gates. As an added bonus, there is a dipping pool that is included in the rental! We would, without question, rent this lovely villa again!

Owner was quick to respond to inquiries and issues. The location is conveniently close to a grocery store and the kitchen is fully stocked, even the knives were sharp!

Enchanted in February Point was the perfect location. We very much enjoyed our relaxing beach vacation while celebrating our daughter's graduation! The property was clean, well stocked, and we felt very safe here.

The February Point community is a fantastic place to stay as it is accessible to Georgetown and all the restaurants and stores, and the resort itself has great amenities. The views from the house was breathtaking, and it was well equipped and appointed with a beautiful plunge pool in a garden oasis. I would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect location, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location-wise Feb Point is really nice if you're a person that likes to get out for a run/walk. Views from the home and area are beautiful. Nearby grocery is convenient, but things do close earlier than in the US so keep that in mind. Owner is great, reached out when lost power one night and she was wonderful, very responsive. The issue resolved itself within minutes.

The February Point location on Great Exuma cannot be beat. Our choice of villa this trip, Enchanted, was perfect for us. We are return visitors to February Point and have stayed in many different properties. We chose Enchanted based on its location up on a hill with a stunning view of the harbour. The view does comes with a steep price of stairs inside the villa, so be cautioned if you plan to travel with anyone who has trouble doing them that this might not be the right place for you. Otherwise the property was clean and well stocked. Cold AC and fast WIFI. The master bedroom on the very top level gives incredible privacy. Our 2 teens loved their own rooms and bathrooms on the lowest level with direct pool access. Property management and owner were very responsive to any questions and super helpful. We would rent this property again for sure.

While this home has the potential to be great, we were very disappointed that several things were not as advertised. Also, the place was not clean. The property manager Kaymark also dismissed our concerns.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Enchanted. and liked the February Point development.

From start to finish the communication was easy and replies were quick - everything needed is there and more - a beautifully located property and the onsite amenities at the “resort” portion are terrific. We had a lovely stay and hope to return.

Very private. Incredible view. The house is very nice and updated. Gated entrance. I recommend renting a car at the airport. This is a great, central location but you will want a car to explore all that Exuma has to offer.

Well equipped, very clean, central location on island. The house and grounds had everything necessary for a week in paradise. Rental car is a must to explore the amazing beaches, restaurants, and places to visit that Great and Little Exuma has to offer.

Beautiful view. Just a few minor things the owner could do to make it perfect. Master bedroom air conditioning blows directly on the bed which is uncomfortable. I think a good carpenter could fix shower door and toilet room door so they don't hit the ceiling. It is very difficult to get in and out of the shower because the door does not work right. One of the shelves in the corner kitchen cabinet collapsed. I think it was just overloaded. It was never fixed before we left. Other than that, I would still give it a good rating.

Loved the commanding views from all of the rooms and patio. Great location in the February Point Community as we enjoyed the pool at the home as well as the restaurant and community pool not far from the house. The proximity to Downtown, a few minutes drive away, was also great for shopping.

We have been to Exuma multiple times and have stayed at February Point several times. Out of all the stays, Enchanted is in our top few. We loved the views from the Master Suite, the layout of the property and its charm. If you are heading to Exuma, definitely give Enchanted a try.

The layout of this property at February Point was ideal for our family of 5. Our 3 teenagers had the bottom level which has 2 master bedrooms, and the 3 master is on the 3rd floor. The living area and kitchen are on the 2nd floor and was comfortable for us. The views from this house are gorgeous. We loved the location and February Point has everything you need. The restaurant on the property was nice for lunch or dinner. Our boat captain picked us up at the dock on February Point and dropped us off there. You can use the paddle boards on the beach. We didn't spend much time at February Point but the location worked well for us. There is ongoing construction at February Point as the long term plan for the resort calls for a large expansion. So the only negative was the beeping of the work cranes starting at 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Otherwise, this is a fabulous place.

My family and some friends stayed there for several weeks in May. The place is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The views are stunning, especially from the master bedroom and the second floor living area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal. The dip pool is amazing as well. The owners are great to deal with , as well as the staff at February Point. We spent many days down at the club's pool paddle boarding, swimming and eating. We've been to the Bahamas out islands several times and this was one of our favorite places. For a special day out exploring the waters of Abaco, snorkeling and feeding turtles on an amazing catamaran, contact Bahama Cat Charters and speak with Captain Warren before your arrival to the Bahamas.

Exuma is still undiscovered, but not for long. The beaches are stunning, the people are lovely, and there is still a feeling of adventure as you drive from Great Exuma to Little Exuma across a one lane bridge. February Point, and this home, are an oasis of sophistication and luxury amidst the island flavor that is Exuma. Obi made our stay a masterpiece of quiet moments, great food, adventurous boat trips, and the house is just flawless. There are large porches everywhere, beautiful views, great internet, and it's an easy stroll to a private beach and to the clubhouse where there is a nice restaurant, pool and spa. I have been all over the Caribbean, but this is my favorite place yet. Special thanks to the owners for being so organized and helpful. Loved it.

We stayed for four nights after vacationing with friends in a nearby marina.This property is stunning and very well kept. The location is excellent with spectacular views from the three verandas.The house is located very close to the water has its own dip pool and is only a two minute stroll to two large pools and a restaurant. The house is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you are at home. There was not one thing that you would need to add to the kitchen which was well equipped. Cherie was so helpful and friendly. February Point is a controlled property with tennis courts and fitness centre. We will definitely be coming back.

The views from the various decks on the house are fantastic. Layout is very spacious and comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom. Large kitchen with modern appliances. Very short walk down to the beach. Located in a very safe and beautiful gated community. Our group of 6 adults had a great time and enjoyed scuba diving, boating, relaxing, and soaking in lots of sun. Everyone in February Point and George Town were very friendly and helpful. The grocery store in George Town had everything we needed to cook. Plus the liquor store was right next to the grocery store. We certainly recommend this house to anyone. It was perfect!

My husband and I stayed at this property last year. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. It's simply a dream. You have to experience it for yourself. The owner went above and beyond...she helped us with everything from trasnportation to charters. If you are consider Exuma as a vacation destination, absolutely book it.

Just returned from another amazing vacation in Exuma. We had stayed in February Point before but this was our first time at this specific property. Initially I had reservations that it was not directly on the water but once you see the view it is truly captivating. The home is about a block and half from the beach a top a small hill. The position on the hill provides the most amazing 180 degree view of the island and water. The home itself is spectacular with beautiful furnishings and all the comforts of home while in a truly gorgeous location in the out islands. The owner was very responsive to any issues and takes absolute care of the property. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for extraordinary accommodations in a beautiful destination. We look forward to returning soon.

We could not have asked for more! Enchanted is even better than the pictures. We stayed at the villa for 7 days with our 2 year old son. The villa comes with everything you could need, and we took full advantage of the upgraded appliances and cooking supplies and ate breakfast and several dinners at the house. The view is amazing, and the balconies provide ample viewing angles to watch sunset, sunrise and monitor the many boats in the Harbour. The beach at February Point is a little rocky, but the water is the calmest we found on the island. The bathrooms are beautiful, all equipped with Kohler fixtures and beautiful tile work. The restaurant at the Point was closed, and we did not use the community pool, but were so happy with our villa we didn't care about any of the other resort amenities. We booked directly with the owner Cherie, and she was very helpful with providing recommendations for our first visit to Exuma. We cannot wait to return.

My husband sailed his boat to the Exumas in November. He has traveled back and forth each month and the grand finale was to bring our entire family to meet this beautiful island. In searching for the perfect accommodations we happened to find the lovely Enchanted View. Cherie could not have been more responsive, accommodating and customer service oriented. She introduced us to Luther, who met us at the airport and taxied us all week. His cousin Dudley was our second taxi and was amazing. If I needed to find something, Dudley would take me to get it. From the butcher shop that cut fresh Filet Mignons to delivering fresh warm baked bread to the house-Dudley did it all. Charmaine, the housekeeper baked us homemade cinnamon rolls, pineapple down cake and pound cake. Our family loved every minute of this vacation. Enchanted View is perfectly appointed. Everything was exactly as shown in the ad. Three King bedrooms with private baths and doors out onto the porch overlooking the water-what could be better. The beds may be the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The living space is unbelievable especially for a family. The kitchen is a dream come true. Every picture is exactly as shown. As we entered the home beautiful music was playing. We immediatley felt right at home. Enchanted View was spotless and well maintained. Personally, I am very picky and this home exceeded my expectations. Cherie was always available by email for questions and suggestions. She was a delight to deal with. After renting from Cherie we are definately spoiled. Because our boat was 5 minutes away, we would bring the dinghy up to the beach every day. We could go back and forth to Stocking Island or just dinghy around. Our grandchildren had the time of their lives. We went to Chat and Chill a couple of days, the kids climbed up to the monument, we went to Peace and Plenty on Thursday for the Rake and Scrape, had lunch at Driftwood. We also took taxis to Santana's but did not feel it was worth a $100 taxi ride. The food was ok, the ride was long but the experience will be unforgetable. We cooked most meals in the wonderful kitchen and on the grill but had to try a few restaurants. Thank you Cherie for sharing your beautiful home. The location was perfect and we felt safe and secure in February Point. We will definately recommend your lovely home to friends.

I really hate to let everyone in on the place, but it's such a great home and the owner was so helpful that I had to follow up with a review. When we initially approached the unit, just as anyone who's rented villas before we had some suspicion that the pictures were edited and going to be of better quality than the unit itself.....We were so wrong!! The pictures really don't do this place justice as the overall quality of unit, both interior and exterior, were very upscale and it seemed like a home away from home. The views, which really are enchanted, are also phenomenal as you can view how the water appears to change colors throughout the day based on the position of the sun & the tide. This made it tough to actually leave the unit on those beautiful mornings. Cherie, the villa owner, was very helpful in assisting us on the different activities to do on the island and also gave us a GREAT chef recommendation. Let's just say that Chetah made the best grouper I've ever tasted. It also didn't hurt that the kitchen has a very friendly chef layout in addition to the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Our vacation in Exuma was everything we had hoped for and more. What a beautiful home! After months and months of researching and reviewing where to stay for our vacation, we definitely made the right decision. All the details provided are accurate and you will not be let down if you stay at Enchanted. If you need a relaxing vacation and a place to get away from it all, this is the place for you. Following advice from other reviews, we brought a suitcase full of frozen meats and snacks. It was good advice and helped out with expenses. The market in Georgetown was awesome but some items are a little pricey. You will find that Exuma is a very special place and all the locals are very friendly. Definitely take the water taxi over to Stocking Island and explore! Have lunch at the Chat & Chill and swim and feed the rays with the Conch Man! We rented a boat for a couple of days, but still didn't get to everything. You will find plenty of secluded and private beaches. Snorkel for sand dollars and find some giant seastars! Rent a car and explore Little Exuma and the other end of Great Exuma. Then come home and take a relaxing dip in the pool. Spend your mornings watching the sun rise on the balcony while listening to the water. All three balconies on this home have great views. We even saw some sea turtles swimming around in front of the house one day. The home was very clean and Cherie, the homeowner, made the whole process a breeze. She always responded to any and all questions we had in a very timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Exuma and when we return, we will definitely be staying in Enchanted again!
