The pics for this home don’t do it justice, it is a very nice home. Everything updated & clean. Centrally located so everything is just a few minutes away. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Bend.

Home has everything you need. It was clean and everything is labeled well. The bed linens are nice and fresh. It’s located perfectly with quick easy access to everything. Great communication and directions from the owner.

Nice house. Great kitchen with lots of spices, etc. really nice deck with fire pit. Only a small yard. Great location for anything in town. Has a garage that is really nice in the summer heat.

All the comforts of home; luxurious linens, quality mattresses & pillows, fully stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, convenient location. We had planned to spend after golf hours cooking and relaxing together as a family. We had everything we needed. Owner responses to questions quickly and we appreciated his friendly communications.

The house was clean. The decor is beautiful. It is very comfortable. The location is very handy to everything we wanted. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was great it had everything we needed. We brought our own Keurig though. The bedding on the beds was very comfortable. The “great room” area is spacious.

This house has the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had. Better than my own‼️ The outside deck with fire pit was nice on the cool nights. The long term resident, never knew if they were home. So quit. I slept on the Murphy Bed and it was very comfortable. Great House!

This home was as beautiful in person as it is online. It's a very "easy" home to stay in...great location in town, quiet neighborhood, layout of home flows well, comfy bed, great fixtures, big kitchen with adjoining eating areas, and everything in the home was labeled and accessible. The owner responded to emails within minutes and was very helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again in the future!

What lovely accommodations! The house is absolutely beautiful-very modern. Amenities were plentiful including large screen TVs, hot tub, infinity pool bath tub, spacious kitchen, gas stove, deck with ample outdoor furniture, TV, Beds were comfy and the location was great for biking and walking. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was close to everything. We went hiking, swimming, climbing and out to eat at some great restaurants that are nearby. The food carts are amazing!

Love the deck most of all. Great views & wonderful place for coffee in the mornings. House is a good size & plenty of room for us all to hang out, eat, sleep & even get away from each other. Location was great for visiting all locations in bend, close to downtown, disc golf, shopping, breweries, food, grocery store, etc. Note that the loft is above the master bedroom. It did not detour our stay at all, just shifted which room we stayed in. So many amenities! We had fun with a few puzzles & loved the decor of the house, very inviting & relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was well above our expectations. Natural light and open floorplan made it the perfect place to relax and recharge for a couple days. We'll be back without a doubt.

This is a lovely home with some luxurious features. The master bath is beautiful with rain showers and an infinity jetted tub. Although there were only 2 of us, this home is large and can easily fit a family. Location is excellent. The owner is very responsive.

We stayed here for the week, hoping to enjoy a change of scenery after working from home for awhile, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. This is a really beautiful house with many special architectural/design features that give it the feel of having been designed by a builder. It is clearly extremely well cared-for. The neighborhood is quiet and provided a peaceful environment. The owners have truly gone above and beyond at providing for their guests. There wasn't a utensil/appliance I needed and couldn't find (...and some that I didn't know I needed, e.g. a towel warmer). Thanks so much- we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable.

This home was listed as 4 bathrooms. It was only 2. We had to tell owner that after we checked in. Then he made changes to the description after we checked in. Home was clean, very nice, and in great location for us. But the description was off. It seemed like this was a full house rental. It was the upstairs only. There is a tenant below. You have to SHARE the laundry room & garage with the tenant & the owner told us if we don't lock the door they will have access to our area. It says 2 car garage. It is also shared with the tenant. So you can't leave your items in the garage. The owners daughter also has access to the garage. He listed he had inner tubes in garage to use & they had holes, and there was no pump. He had his daughter dropped off the pump right away & brought other tubes for us. So that was nice.The master bedroom is nice and has a great bed. The master bathroom is very dark, you can not do make up in there. And they have very modern sinks so there is no counter space at all. But the shower is very nice open stone shower. And a very nice tub in there too. It advertised a waterfall, we never saw it on, so don't know if it even works. Looked very different from the pictures online. The waterfall is not the back yard it is the entrance to front door. Pictures made it look like a private yard, but it does not have any yard.The upper deck is very nice. It was my daughters favorite part of the house. They liked to lay out on the deck. There is a loft with office but it is located in the master bedroom, so if you are looking for another place for someone to sleep know it is in the master so no privacy there if used. We had hassles getting the entry code, I use VRBO all the time and I always get an email with all the info the day of check in and I got nothing. We stood at front door calling owner to get the info. He did answer & help us quickly. Very nice owner but kept telling us he was new to VRBO. He did give us a small credit since we booked this thinking it had 4 bathrooms, and that became a mess , mistakes made we had to make another payment back, and we got many texts during our vacation. I think I spent more time dealing with this house on my vacation then anything. So that left a sour taste with us. Had we known the exact facts on this particular house we would have never booked it. But if you are looking for a nice clean place that is shared with a tenant it is fine.

Spotless and absolutely perfect! A trip to the grocery store to stock up and we could not have felt more at home. As a longtime VRBO/HomeAway home owner that maintains a 5 star rating, I love staying in a home that gets it so right - everything fresh and clean without a speck of dust in sight, down pillows, excellent mattresses, nicely architected inside and out, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We had family visit from Portland and the twin bed in its own little loft was a real high point for a six year old! Very private hot tub right outside the master bedroom was ideal after skiing or hiking. Todd was the perfect host - we had a few questions and he responded quickly. Very thoughtful, contentious owners that have made an ideal second home. Very much appreciated being able to check in early too. Could make a long list of things we liked about this house but will cut it short and just say - we have been visiting Bend for ages and this home really stands out as the best of the best! From start to finish our booking process and security deposit refund was very efficient. Todd has created a exceptionally thorough House Rules book with detailed info on all aspects of the house which we found helpful. Everything worked properly, the house was nicely appointed from towels, kitchen items, hot tub and the outside fire pit was very cozy on a fall evening. Beautiful property well maintained. We would certainly rent again from Todd.

This is one of our favorite rentals we have stayed in. The house was awesome for our group - we enjoyed the hot tub and the deck/fire pit a lot. It was a great location and the whole process was very easy.
