Matt’s property is absolutely wonderful! Such a beautiful space and so close to Siesta’s crystal waters and white sand. We went in December when there were less people and it was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of working. Would absolutely recommend this property as it’s in a safe part of town as well, never felt afraid walking around and it’s close enough to the village to walk!

I would highly recommend staying here and will be sure to come back in the future! The house is comfortably furnished and has a spectacular view of the beach! We had absolutely no issues

This was our second time staying and just like the first time, the place was amazing and didn’t disappoint! Matt is awesome, answered all the questions we had and in a very timely manner. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean right from the living room. There are many things that I could say about this place and brag on it about, but don’t take my word for it. Book it and see for yourself!

The partner was well organized and clean. They provided us with all the towels including for the beach. The storage room had many chairs and umbrellas ( a big plus) Had all the amenities that was listed. Location was great. Beautiful view from the living room. The beach was perfect. The owner was so easy to contact and very pleasant. Thank you! We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Siesta Key! The location could not have been better - directly across the street from beach access. The gear closet was stocked with comfortable beach chairs, two umbrellas, and boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Beds were comfortable. We set up the sunroom as a third bedroom for our youngest, which worked perfectly. Great find for a family of 5!

Beautiful property with stunning view of the beach and gulf. Such easy access to the Siesta Key Village via trolley or lovely neighborhood walk. Short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Matt’s condo was comfortably furnished and laundry access was easy. We loved our stay and plan to return some day.

The unit was very clean. Issues identified to the manager on site took over 5 days to correct. Showers were not center and oven didn’t work well. We loved the location. Would go back if dogs allowed. Overall a good stay.

We loved our stay, just a minor inconvenience due temperature control-bedrooms either too hot or too cold for comfort. Weather may have affected it a bit, so still a 5 star place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was wonderful to get up in the am and enjoy the marvelous view of the ocean!!Upgrades of new countertops and flooring very nice . Crown molding looks nice as well. My Son in law replaced the tv remote Because the one there was damaged and nonfunctional.My husband and Son in law had to clear the clogged dryer vent because towels wouldn’t dry.I was extremely pleased that the office replaced the tattered American flag hanging upside down . My father was a Marine and I was happy that the head of the association and I felt the same way regarding the flag display.

The condo was perfect for my wife and I and is plenty big for another 2-3 people. The location is OUTSTANDING; right across the street from the beach and less than a mile walk to the village.

(Just know the master bedroom isn’t very soundproof from the road noise outside and this definitely caused some sleeplessness, but overall it’s a great property and the price was good, so we just dealt with it and would stay there again).

Very nice accommodations. Great location. All of the necessities are included even beach accommodations. Updated throughout. A cot is included for the 5th guest. A designated parking spot for your room so no fighting for a spot.

Spring getaway
This property is a great location right across from the beach and less than a mile to Siesta Key Village. The beach is one of the best in the world. The choice of restaurants is outstanding. Great location for families and couples!

Great place!
My family enjoyed our stay here. A huge bonus was the short walk to the beach and the view is the gulf from the lanai, in the room. The owners communicated quickly and were extremely accommodating. How us stay again!

Very nice property with easy access to the beach. Easy walk to village area restaurants. Keurig coffee maker in kitchen. Lanai room chairs great for morning coffee and to reading a book.

Nicely furnished condo
Condo is very clean and well furnished. Perfect location...3 minute walk to Siesta beach. Everything you need for your stay is provided in the condo. Matt is extremely attentive to any questions you may have. Great place to stay if you are visiting Siesta Key!

Perfect location for visiting Siesta! Only complaint was cleaning could have been improved.

Excellent Beach Stay
We've stayed at this location twice and it was even better the second time. The unit is very clean (and we have high standards) and well appointed. The beach items in the outside storage made the stay even easier as we didn't have to pack or buy chairs, umbrellas or kids toys.

Great location!
This property will not disappoint! The location is right across the street from the beach and the views are spectacular! Everything was clean and well stocked. Some of the beach towels have seen better days and the hall storage closet was a mess. My husband reorganized it a little better, but it’s something that should be checked on occasion by staff. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again if I were coming to Siesta Key.

Great place to stay!
This is a lovely condo with an owner who wants his guests to have a good stay. The property is also right across from the main public beach on Siesta Key, which provides beautiful views.

Perfect location.
Perfect spot located just across from the beach. Beautiful view and a short 10 min walk into town where you can find awesome food, friendly people and a chill atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

We had a great view of the beach with a short walk to the public beach which was less than that to our private beach for the last trip (fewer people/smaller unit this trip). The minuses were very minimal and we have both agreed we would stay here again!

The condo was absolutely fabulous, it is beautiful, just across the street from the beach and a 15 minute walk from downtown.
