This apartment was perfect for a vacation with our large & varied family (4 adults, one teen, one child, and twin infants). It was great to have a separate penthouse area for us grandparents while our kids and their kids had space on the main floor. We run a business, so a separate space was necessary for daytime while we worked, made phone calls, held meetings. The three bathrooms also made this arrangement work for this group! The kitchen and dining table were very well situated and worked out well for us. The AC units in each room made it comfortable everywhere, and the outdoor balcony spaces were excellent with fabulous views! Loved the pool and the adjacent beach, though it was too rough for the children to swim in. But Jobos Beach is very close by, with plenty of safer swimming. Also nearby in the other direction is the Econos grocery store--an absolute necessity with so many people. We had a problem at first with the water heater not working, but it was replaced after a few days and we had no further problems. Overall, I rate it very highly for the convenience of the layout of the apartment and the appeal of the amenities. All were very good for a family such as ours.

Family of 7 from IL. Kids 15-24 and 2 adults. Flew into San Juan but did learn later there were closer airports, none the less made for a beautiful 2 hour drive near the coast. Check in was easy with the gate & the lock code given. The unit was just as described & everything we were looking for. We got there about 6 pm in Jan. just in time to catch the beautiful sky as the sun set over the west coast. The pool was a site to see along w/ the beach right outside the top floor balcony. The a/c units were strong and at times even too cold. The unit provided soft bedding & blankets, beach & bath towels, soaps, 4 chairs for the beach, a small cooler & beach toys. We did purchase a beach umbrella we left with the unit, hopefully if you go there you'll still find it ◡̈. We loved the top floor suite & having our private quarters. I do love darkness however & that beautiful sun does not hide after 7:06 am so if you want to sleep in a little, I suggest a little sleep mask. That a/c unit up there & the fan though, I slept like a baby. The beach out of the area is perfect to walk on & in, but just have to walk a little more to the right to get to Jobos Beach to swim. We enjoyed all of the local restaurants such as Palo, Sonida del Mar, Hula's & Kai. Tsunami Surf Shop offers rental boogie boards & next door has the best smoothies and coffee with a view. Just left & wish we could go back tomorrow. Very gracious hosts that would answer a text within minutes. Thank you for sharing your home!

The space was perfect, location and size wise. The location in relation to Jobos was also incredible! The host was very communicative and attentive the entire trip!! We cannot wait to come back!!

There are plenty of beds for extra people in 2 rooms. The upstairs suite is a bit peculiar. I expected more usable deck space with better views but judging from our travels in the area this was a good choice since we wanted 4 bedrooms. It is not as nice as we expected from the reviews. Our host was very helpful and responsive. The location is pretty good but do not plan on walking to Jobos beach along the road at night it would be very dangerous. Plan on streaming your own media. WiFi is very slow. Probably all that is available. Overall a solid VRBO. The grill in the laundry room is for guest use we found out a little too late.

Had a great time in Puerto Rico. Cesar was great and gave us all kinds of recommendations during our stay. Apartment was clean and in a quiet area. Perfect for us and great location close to the beach.

The property was beautiful convenient and very well-maintained very clean comfortable access to everything from restaurants to bakeries to surf shops. We were here to celebrate my sons high school graduation and entrance into college. But definitely will return!

Beautiful place!..very close to all attractions and services. I m give it 4 stars for cleaniness because the management leaves the vacuum in the pool during busy hours of the day creating a harzardous co ditiin for children. Otherwise it was perfect.

It is a lovely home with an excellent view from the rooftop terrace. The owner provided great information about local restaurants and attractions.

The condo was very clean and location was great. We really enjoyed the pool. Located very close to a bunch of different beaches made for all types of water lovers, from calm tide pools to crashing waves. Located very close to a grocery store. Food trucks at condo entrance were amazing! The condo property is well maintained, although a portion of it was under construction. I wish the description of the property had mentioned that the beach the condo is located on is not for swimming. It is very rocky and there are sea urchins every where. The property could use some updating. The water in the master suite doesn’t get more than luke warm (if at all) and the handle for water control is broken. One of the burners on the stove doesn’t work. The Wi-Fi is spotty at best. When we first arrived before we turned the AC’s on there was a very strong musty/moldy smell, the smell did get better as the property cooled. Over all, it was a good trip!

We had a great stay on the east side of the island. Lots of beaches and restaurants. The condo was amazing with all the amenities we needed. Cesar was a great host- very communicative and helpful.

Nice property but a little farther walk to Jobos than we expected. The beach out front cannot be swam in (rocks and urchins) which we learned the hardway. The house is nice and clean with beautiful views. Overall a 4 out of 5.

This unit was the perfect accommodations for our family stay in Isabella. The proximity to Jobos Food Stop was awesome. We could easily walk up to grab food and drinks for any meal, trying different food trucks each time. The gas station was also a plus for loading up on essentials. While the beach immediately in front of the complex was too dangerous to swim for the kids, a short walk down Jobos Beach landed us in our favorite beach spot on the island. The scenery was great. The little bay behind the waves crashing over the reef provide a safe spot for our kids to swim and snorkel. They swam with a sea turtle while discovering all sorts of fish. When we were done with the beach, the complex pool offered a great place to relax and swim under the balcony…lots of balconies with beautiful views! Ceaser was easy to reach and very accommodating to ensure our stay was excellent.

We had a great time in Puerto Rico. The beaches are beautiful and people are so friendly. The condo was nice but could use a few upgrades. The refrigerator froze everything no matter what the setting. Kitchen is tiny! Lots of outdoor areas to enjoy being outside!

Our family spent a week at this property and enjoyed every minute! We had not been to the western side of the island. The beaches were incredible. The complex was well kept and had a lovely pool. The condo was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms. Our favorite place was the terrace where we could listen to the ocean waves and see the stars at night. Cesar was an excellent host and responded to questions quickly. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We would recommend your place to others.

The apartment was lovely, literally a 5 minute walk through the complex to the beach. The tv upstairs did not turn on but honestly, who’s watching tv on vacation lol. well, my boys but they were able to watch it downstairs. The upstairs had three different balconies and the one to the left of the bed upstairs had the most perfect view of the beach and sunset ❤️ Cesar was amazing with communicating with me and providing me a whole list of things near the apt. to do and see. Thank you Cesar for allowing my family to stay at your home.

We had a lovely time at this property. We were two families travelling together and there was plenty of room for everyone. The multiple balconies were my favorite part, enjoying my morning coffee and listening to the birds. The pool and grounds are kept immaculate and the location relative to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores was convenient. This is definitely a well used rental showing wear and tear, but nothing that affected our enjoyment. Cesar was quick to respond to any questions. We would happily return in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Caser was great to work with. Very responsive and accommodateing. There were a few minor issues but nothing that would keep me from coming back. The unit was clean and It was a great location! Walking distance to Jobo's for some sun, surf and drinks! There is Food Trucks at the entrance of the property. If your interested in Spa time please check out DSpa which is also in walking distance. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely stay again !!

The property was spacious and clean. Location was perfect and convenient to restaurants. Some within walking distance and only short drive to other beaches. Cesar was easy to reach and provided lots of good recommendation of places to go and things to do. we can not wait to return and explore more!

This property is in a lovely quiet condo complex, with gorgeous views of the ocean! The unit is very large, with a luxurious one-bedroom suite upstairs. Though Cesar was in a different time zone, he was very responsive and handled questions and issues quickly. I have suggested that he update his listing to better reflect our experience of the unit, and I am confident that he will do so. He is a great host!

You could not ask for a better location! Very clean pool, grounds and apartment plus very close to several beaches, restaurants, and food trucks. Cesar was fantastic to work with. He was so quick to respond to every question I had. The place is big and accommodated five of us easily. That master bedroom and patio/balcony was amazing. The beds were comfy, which was really important to my husband and me. The HVAC has been updated to what looks to be top-of-the line units as well as the window blinds, which is really important in that climate. There were a few little things I would change, but nothing really even worth mentioning. All in all, I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at Cesar’s property in Jobos, Isabela! The apartment is incredibly spacious and easily housed our whole family for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were very comfortable and happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. The complex is in a charming gated community with a gorgeous pool and beach access. There is always a guard at the gate and they were extremely helpful accommodating. We had AC, wifi, towels, and everything else we needed. We also loved visiting Jobos Playa, just a couple minutes drive from the apartment! Cesar was the best host! He communicated with us before arrival, gave great recommendations for food and activities in the area, and was super responsive to our questions even when he was out of town/in a different time zone. If you are looking for a great stay with a super host in a small beach town in Puerto Rico, book this VRBO!

My family and I had the best experience renting this property for a week. The location is perfect with all kinds of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything from beginning to end was smooth and easy. Cesar was always available to answer our questions and help with anything.

This was by far one of the best VRBO rentals I have stayed at! Not only was Cesar checking in, but gave us great suggestions to eat and visit. We were so close to Jobos beach my daughter and myself surfed every morning then do something different every afternoon. I have already reserved to come back in April! Thank you Cesar!

Great placed, from the location, to the views, to the space, and price. The location is perfect you have everything in less than a mile from restaurants to Jobos beach and entertainment etc. the most important part is Cesar was extremely reachable we have a minor issue with electricity that was fixed quick and efficiently. I highly recommend this area not only for the beautiful beach and the location because the owner is very responsible informative and works with a timely matter. Thanks again
