The pictures online do not do this place justice! We came down here for a bachelorette party and had the best time. The place was amazing and the perfect space for everyone. The beds were hands down the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and the same with the comforter and sheets. One of the best nights of sleep while on vacation ever. The workers there were more than helpful with whatever we needed and were always there for assistance and help. Lastly, the location was perfect! not too far away from downtown and within walking distance of so much. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

My group of friends changed several times from the Time we initially booked. Because we were doing add ons like having a chef and getting it provisioned prior to our arrival, I communicated with the office several times. They were extremely helpful and patient. With the change of guests , one was a friend of a friend who was with us. He was a challenge, because his bathroom shower did not get as hot as he wanted. He was right that it needed to be fixed and it was the next morning. But he was leaving that day. Regardless we had 2 other functioning showers, so I didn’t press the issue. The staff was very professional diffusing the situation and communicating with the necessary people to get fixed. If you want 24/7 maintenance repairs done on the weekend then maybe this is a problem. Also we had to run the heat because it was unusually cold in New Orleans while we were there. There are ac/heat controls in every room and we had a challenge getting it so all rooms were comfortable. But also it appears that when the heater runs , you hear the sound of running water that might disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. When the ac ran or it was totally off you didn’t have this happen. It’s rarely this cold in New Orleans. So I don’t see this as a problem, just something to be aware of. All that said, the unit is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for 8 adults. The fixtures are very very nice. The location is great. Walking distance to French quarter, central business district, warehouse district and close to a couple street car lines. The security to enter the building is excellent too. Easy access for taxi, Uber and Lyft too. I will most definitely book here again

The condo was great! Easily enough room and space for our group of 9...great spot for walking the French Quarter or driving to other spots around the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything, so even the minor issues with the condo were promptly addressed and fixed. Highly recommend!

The Natchez was great, I would definitely stay there again if I go back!

We were located within walking distance of the French Quarter, the CBD, Harrah's, the Convention Center and the Shoppes on Canal. We walked to Rouse's to stock up on groceries. The staff was ALWAYS courteous, no matter the question or situation. The property is clean and more sound proof than any other property we've stayed in here in NOLA. Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

I celebrated my 30th birthday with a group of friends here. This place was perfect. The location was perfect! The staff were pleasant and friendly. We loved David! 5 stars for him! Such a welcoming personality.

Love the property, pool/hot tub area were great! The location was super convenient! Upstairs bedroom was hot but other than that great place. Will definitely revisit.

Great time and friendly staff

Check in process was very easy - more like a hotel than one of these. They held our bags while we grabbed drinks before check-in time. The unit itself was plenty large enough for our 7-person group. If you plan to use the pull-out couch you will want to figure out some type of window coverings to keep it a little darker for sleeping in. The beds were comfortable. All of the showers have the sprayers that you see in the picture, but just the master... and the shower was great. It was nice to have coffee in the lobby for a quick cup every morning. very easy and quick walk to everything we wanted to do - Jackson Square, Bourbon St, casino, etc. Didn't have to uber at all except to/from the airport. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again next time to New Orleans. Thanks Natchez group!

Good location modern interior. A few deficiencies. Shower in master bedroom not hot, ceiling fan very noisy. No dressers or drawers for clothing storage in bedrooms. Cool interior hard to adjust in cool weather. Counter top power outlets intermittently nonfunctional. Management informed.

It’s a very lovely property. Very convenient and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Our group of 8 was very comfortable.

We could not have had a better time. Staff was very accommodating, even helped us order groceries and set up in the fridge before our arrival. Anything we needed was a cinch. Unit is better than the pics reveal, which is very rare. Quick 3-4 minute (?) walk to Bourbon Street.

Thank you to the Natchez! Our first friend-vacation was a hit with our group of eight. Each room was unique and the layout worked well for our group of three couples and two singles. We loved having such a gorgeous space to hang-out in when the weather wasn't great and having use of the kitchen was perfect for breakfast and late night snacks. We blew a fuse one morning and maintenance was at our condo within five minutes. We relied on Uber and they were always able to find us at the Natchez and were available within minutes. Our favorite restaurant during our stay was Shaya -- we would highly recommend it if you're looking for a place with great vegetarian options. The Natchez is a short walk away from Bourbon Street and we walked down there as a group every night.
