The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The distance to the airport is 10 min, which is helpful during the transit. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, open until 2am. Hotel restaurant operates 24/7. The breakfast starts at 6am, however, I was let in at 5.50am - thank you for that.

The hotel doesnt provide complementary airport shuttle.

الاستقبال غير مرحب بالعرب و الغرف رائحتها سيئة كما لا يوجد عزل الصوت في الغرف ، يطلبون مبلغ مالي كضمان وطلبوا مني مبلغ يساوي نصف قيمة الحجز ليوم كامل مقابل الدخول المبكر لثلاث ساعات و هذا أمر غير عادل.

- هنالك مشكلة في دورات المياه في الماء، طوول الوقت يكون ساخن، حتى اولادي الصغار ماتسبحوا زين من حرارة الماي، لانه الماي في جهة البارد يكون حار وفي جهة الحار يكون حار نفس الشي. - السجاد الموجود في الغرف تحتاج الى تبديل لانه قديم ولونه متغير

Location, cleanliness

I was assigned a smoking room and had to come back down to switch rooms.

Clean, cosy/stylish, yummy and varieties of food in buffet breakfast 😋, friendly welcoming and helpful staff

1. Taxi dropped us off at the back side and it was not clear how to access/enter the hotel, eventually kitchen staff happened to be outside helped us where to enter the hotel - was also accessible through the restaurant! I suggest this information will be included in the hotel general/mandatory information! 2. Stylish Designer rooms, but the ergonimics not thought thoroughly - e.g., (a) light switches, night lamps, etc. (b) Shower floor slopes the other way round, not convenient (washed/dirty water collected exist side and no other way than stepping in with your cleaned feet.....maybe this issues was only in the room we stayed (we were in a premium lux, much higher than the standard or delux)

The location.

No Charging points next to bed. The only charging points near bed are if u physically move the bed forward, remove the plug for the table lamp and use that to charge the phone or laptop. Very inconvenient.

The bed was so comfortable, good night's sleep.

The room hallways smelt of cigarette smoke we stayed on first floor when I opened bedroom door it smelt of nicotine. Everything else Good.
