Great spacious property with plenty of room for the family.
Ideal location close to parks, beach, shops and city

Perfect for our family of eight. The beach is stunning, and everything is close by. Piccolo Morso cafe is a must! We also enjoyed Joe’s Garage. The house is clean and comfortable, and if we ever came back to New Plymouth we would be happy to stay here!

We have booked this fabulous property for the last 4 years when we have come down to take part in the Oxfam 100km trailwalker. The house has a fantastic layout, generous bedrooms, great entertaining areas, and an awesome kitchen, all which have made our stays really enjoyable. The only comment I could make was that for some reason with this stay there were only 2 facelothes left out for 6 people & usually there have been enough for everyone - not a major but just a bit of feedback :) Hope to stay again

Loved the location, but this house is a bit tired and unloved. Some of the furniture needs a good deep clean, and some things need to be repaired or replaced. I left a list in the house for the appropriate people. Good response from the managing company when the roof leaked ( people there within an hour, and repaired within 7-10 days). A very big house, clean and close to the beach and the walkway. Loved the barbeque area.

Easy walk to the beach from this well equipped home, the master bed was just right and theshower pressure excellent. We cant fault the property at all and would stay again.

We had a really good time at this property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. And best of all it was a stones throw to the beach and the walkway. All beds we're comfortable (master bed could maybe be bigger 😜) and it had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday experience.

Booked for 4 singles for 4 nights while we explored the wonderful gardens in Taranaki. We enjoyed being close to the beach for early morning walks. The house was spacious and we made use of the large deck and outdoor table, soaking up the late afternoon sun.

We had a lovely stay on Richmmond. The location - so close to the beach, cafes and coastal walkway - was perfect for a long weekend. The house was immaculate and everything that we needed. All the touches of home meant that we felt relaxed and ready to enjoy our weekend without any worries.

Fabulous holiday home

Such a great home suitable for a family break.
Indoor outdoor flow good for young ones and securely fenced. Heaps of space and a short walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed Christmas away.

Garden discovery gem
Accessible to walkway, shops, city and gardens we visited. Very comfortable to stay in.
The heating system was too warm for us, but didn't like to touch it - could be cooler in the temperatures we experienced on our visit.

The location to the beach is awesome
The location to the beach is awesome. Loved the family of bikes for use in the garage.
One of the beds was not set up on our arrival and we had to phone for the linen which was delivered quickly.
Main gripe was that we ran out of hot water. It is solar heated and can be manually heated but you have to wait 2 hours, which we didn't have time to do that. Surely the hot water could be switched to manual heating while guests are at the property
