For this unit - it is nice enough and is in a good location. Living room and kitchen are comfortable and stocked. But - The master bed is rock hard, the queen bed squeaks everytime you move, the plumbing whistles and the washing machine makes a horrible sound when the water comes in.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Legacy before and this unit could definitely use a refresh but that said the beds were comfy, the kitchen was nice and we loved the back patio. It is very far back so if you are walking to a festival you will get some extra exercise! There was a bag of dog poop on the back patio and my friend moved the rug inside out of the house because it grossed her out. The management company Royale Vacations was SUPER responsive and helpful and I would rent through them again.

The home was beautiful and well appointed. We stayed for Coachella and The setup of the rooms was perfect for our group. A few negatives…. What people said about the sheets and towels is 100% true. They are super hard and low quality and the hard water was terrible on our hair too. Also, the Wi-Fi and cell service were terrible. Luckily we didn’t have work to do but if you are trying to work remotely don’t depend on the Wi-Fi here. When we checked in the garage door wouldn’t open, we called the number for help but my friend fixed it in the meantime, and then someone came shortly after. For what we paid these things should have been perfect.

Overall we loved it! Everything was great, but the kitchen cabinets need updating and the knob on the stove was broken.

The condo was nice. Could have been a bit cleaner. Only 2 kitchen towels and no cleaning supplies except dish soap. Towels were dingy and not fluffy. Also, there was no salt -at all, though there was pepper and a few other spices. I suspect these are all cleaning service issues. I purchased what I needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and Leicestershire view.

This property is perfect for any type of getaway. The house is clean and roomy. There are lots of places to go and places to eat nearby. If you don’t mind a short drive, your options are endless.

Our family of 5 (3 boys between 3-8) had an absolute blast at Legacy Villas. The property itself was quiet, clean, close to a ton of pools, and offered incredibly comfortable furniture (especially the master bed). The patio is nestled in between the hills for a spectacular and private location to grill up some food and eat our family meals. Would definitely stay here again.

My son and his wife came to pick up the kids and declined to stay because they had had 2 bad nights when dropping them off the first weekend. I decided to sleep in that room to verify their complaint and yes that bed is awful, mattress very lumpy and box spring old and noisy. I don't recall that problem during our first stay, but maybe my guests were too polite to complain:). I do hope that the owners will consider replacing that bed! The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and the king in the master are fine. The kitchen is well stocked, yes the pots and pans have seen better days but it's a rental and some people are not very careful. A very nice upgrade is the flooring in the bedrooms, no more carpet!

The attention to cleanliness detail was disappointing. Given Covid we would have expected a higher level clean prior to our arrival. There was dust on many shelves, towels had been washed had permanent stains that were concerning, some pot lifs had finger prints on them indicating they were not washed well, the were crumbs on the main couch, most walls had some sort of stain on them that appeared to be fluid in nature and the interior paint and patching has not been kept up. Many walls and peeling paint. Overall great house and great location but it needs some TLC
