Great location and a huge condo with plenty of space. We did have a slight problem with the front deadbolt and the handle on the slider doot wall . One phone call was all it took and the management handled it professionally and quickly. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book for 2024 !!!

We were impressed with this condo overall. It was very clean. The balcony is big and gives a good view of the dolphins who come in to eat. We liked the furniture in the dining room and living room. The beds were very comfortable and being on the second floor was great, esp when the elevators stopped working. The reason we couldn't give it a five star was because this condo looks a little tired. The throw carpet in the living room had been swept but probably needed either a good washing or to be replaced. The baseboards need repainting and the bathroom baseboards in both bathrooms need to be replaced, esp around the showers. One of the chairs on the patio has a hole in it, covered up by a cushion The master bedroom closet door looked like someone had put their first thru it. However, Christine and Dan were great. When we couldn't get on the wifi, my call was returned quickly and I was given the correct one. The instructions in the plexiglass were incorrect. Also the closet door was removed and the tiny holes were painted the same day. Very fast and friendly response. All in all a great place to stay. A suggestion: Leave several laundry pods so people don't used dishwashing pods which can ruin your machine. We didn't have one so we washed a load without soap.

The condo is very nice overall. It is well decorated, and gives a good first impression. However, it is lacking in owner attention. The cleaning crew had left it sparkling clean for us, so we were excited for our stay. Unfortunately - there is a serious lack of information here. No one mentioned the elevator door code to us prior to check in; the internet information provided on the sheet in the unit did not work and seems to have been for another unit; there is no information binder with a property or area map; etc. We had no idea how to access the pool (unlabeled lanyards hanging in the unit) or where our beach access might be. As our stay went on we found small inconveniences that would be remedied if the owners spent any significant time there. The coffee maker did not work properly, some dining chairs were broken, the shower heads needed maintenance, upholstery needs cleaning, doors/drawers were in disrepair. The lights and fans in every room are confusing and attached to multiple switches and remotes…any help would be welcome (back to the idea of a binder?). As suggested, we tried to ask Alexa a few things, but she kept recommending places to buy fireworks, so we did not rely on her as a source of helpful information. The owner/contact was able to provide the correct Wi-Fi info and explain that the lanyards are for pool access, but overall communication was lacking. Simple fixes would go a really long way at this property.

Wonderful roomy condo centrally located. The bathrooms are functional but need remodeled. We had a wonderful time and will return.

Clearwater is my happy place. Location was awesome. Nice condo for group of 6 adults.

The location of this unit was amazing. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches, all within walking distance. We did a big shopping trip in town, on our first day at Costco and Publix, but there is a little market a couple doors down, which is very handy for the few little things you might need during your stay. We were able to stop there and buy more toilet paper, snacks, and things like that, when we ran out of them. The unit was stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. better than any other unit I’ve ever rented. The living space was very spacious and the deck was large and wonderful for having coffee in the morning and playing games in the afternoon. The pool was nice and the hot tub was very warm which was important since we were there in the winter months. Looks good. Entering the parking area and condo were easily accessible and the instructions provided were very clear. The beds were comfy but a little saggy in the middle and they were extremely noisy. So noisy, that sometimes you could hear the people getting in and out of the beds, in the other room. The unit overall was clean, the only thing I that could’ve been better, was the floors. We had spilt a little on the floor and when we cleaned it up, our paper towel was black. Not a big deal, as it’s the floors, and the rest of the unit was clean. I would highly recommend this unit and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall the property is excellent with its location, spacious, and view. It is also well equipped. However if the bath towels can be better cleaned (since we found hairs on them), it would be a plus. Thanks.

This property was overall very good. It is a great location and very spacious. Our only problem was that it wasn’t as cleaned from previous renter. There were dirty tissues in the laundry basket in master and some towels in the dryer. However, we had a great stay and would rent again.

We’ve stayed at this location twice now and the condo could be cleaner. The floor mat at the kitchen sink had dirt on it. It appears that they’re not sweeping the floor well and need to mop the floors also. There was toothpaste on one of the clean towels so we ended up washing all of our towels. The toilet was loose in the 2nd bathroom and started leaking along with loose threshold moldings throughout the condo. They sent in a repairman to fix everything and he was a nice guy. There were two people that had our lock code, opened up the front door and started coming in the condo. Luckily, we were at the condo. They had used a previous code to get in and we had to call the management company to get the code changed which I ended up doing myself to secure the property with guidance from the management company. The management company needs to check on their employees to make sure that their doing their jobs. We were offered a dinner cruise and that didn’t happen and probably was suggested to make us feel better about the issues that we had.

Unfortunately we chose this condo specifically for the reason that it offered an activity room and exercise room and no access was provided and when we asked about it we wete told that they would get back but never did therefore we would have chosen a different condo as we book every year for the past 17 years. Location was very good .

Loved staying at this condo!!! We got to see dolphins swimming in the marina right from our belcony!!!! Plus, Taco Bus n the 18 hole mini golf across the street is a must!! Excellent location!! Thank you!!

Very nice place. Needed a better broom, strange but when you have all that sand you need a decent broom. The top was just metal, and I cut my arm on it. The bottom was smashed and dirty like it was 10 years old. The umbrella provided was broken and they brought us a new one right away! The worst part was the walk. I knew there would be one, but with a baby and carrying all the bags and chairs and umbrellas it was exhausting by the end of the day. We started driving and dropping off due to the parking being expensive and taken every day. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and we had a great family vacation!

Location and condo overall are great but encountered issues during our stay. WiFi was not working when we checked in Saturday, and notified by manager. Told would be fixed Monday…I contacted mgmt and they questioned me about the appointment? Sorry. Not my responsibility. Appt scheduled for the following day, could not be repaired until Wednesday morning. Mgmt did give service recovery with complimentary tickets. Encountered dirty dishes, pans that were not cleaned (at all) broken light switches, a broken closet door..all things I reported as a problem. Was this suite not inspected before our arrival? Or am I just too picky?

We so enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was so spacious and airy . The balcony overlooking the bay was amazing. We were out enjoying the view every morning and evening and had several dolphin sightings! Everyone at the rental office was so helpful. When the coffee maker did not work Heidi had a new one brought over the same day. We hope to return again next year!

Property is fantastic, great location no complaints. There is to much good to explain in this small summery . Would stay here again. Kevin or Abby always got back to me quickly with answers to all my questions.

What a wonderful place for a family to stay, very nice condo! Location was great walking to everything. Things that need suggesting! The 2 bedrooms have terrible mattress soft and rolling to center. Needs replacement. Could use a new broom and dust pan. The 2nd bathroom was not the cleanest. Would be nice if you had cleaning supplies on hand so we could clean ourselves from week to week. The dryer is going out needs multiple cycles to get things dry.

Great location just a 10 minute walk from Clearwater beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very large. One closet was full with beach toys, chairs and an umbrella. We cooked daily and the kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Our toilet got plugged and there was no plunger in the unit; management had someone there in a matter of hours to fix it. Pool and hot tub were small but nice. Parking was easy and conveniently located just below the unit. We enjoyed many evenings out on the quiet, spacious balcony. We are already planning our stay for next Christmas - likely in the same building!

Unfortunately this property did not live up my my expectations of what a 4+star rating should be. It was not clean. Hair on the sheets, mold and musty smell in the bathrooms. Location was good! I contacted the owner prior to writing this review to see if he wanted to discuss my concerns, however he did not seem to want to. Unfortunately I have to leave this low rating.

My three sisters and I spent 5 days celebrating a 60th birthday. The condo was better than expected! It was super clean, beds comfortable, spacious and well equipped and we saw dolphins off the balcony. It is close to the beach and great restaurants. The communication with the property managers was excellent. It was a perfect location for a wonderful celebration! I hope to come back again.

Everything was very accommodating had all the amenities we needed I cook alot instead of eating out for my family.The view on our balcony was beautiful.Liked the fact that everything was within walking distance if you needed to go to store get ice before walking to the beach.Which was great exercise for us.First time staying somewhere where we did not have oceanview but the beach was a five minute walk which was fine.Also thought it was nice that they had stuff fir you to take to the beach if you did not have anything.They had cooler,floats for the pool,sand toys for kids,umbrella for beach.Thanks again

My husband and I brought our parents and two daughters down to Clearwater for a week. Condo was very nice and on the bay side.

We had a great time during our stay at Clearwater. Spacious, comfortable! My only advice for upgrade would be kitchen needs some attention to things like cookie sheets. Also we were suppose to be able to check in at 4 pm and when we arrived at 4:45 the housekeeper was still there and cleaning. No biggie but a few small details to check into otherwise everything was spectacular!!!

Everything was within walking distance, private, nice deck with a beautiful view, and a very roomy place to stay. Felt like home!

Overall, the place was great. For the money, you cant beat it. There are some very minor issues with the unit... again minor. The floor transition is missing from the kitchen to the living room, the refrigerator is noisy at night and the pool only has seven chairs. Regardless, the place was clean and comfortable. It was a really nice vacation I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a 3 bed unit near the beach in a price range that is hard to beat.

This condo was beautiful! Everything you could imagine from putt-putt for the kids to date nights restaurants for adults right in walking distance. Beautiful bay view. We had dolphins sightings everyday. Otter and even a Manatee sighting!
