The place is super cozy and tidy. Great location. The managers are very easy to get in contact with. I definitely recommend!

This property met our (2 of us) needs as we were out exploring most of the time and it was a good place to return to each evening. It’s in a good location for walking to various places. Communication was terrific as all questions were replied to in a very timely fashion. Mahalo Shujie

Suite is simple and clean. Nice view. Comfortable bed. Only drawback are elevators.... super slow. Coffee and Malasadas at coffee shop on lower floor are yummy.

This property is very well located, even though it is on the edge of Waikiki, near the canal. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the hotel complexes near the beach. We were able to walk easily to the beach and there were several good dining options nearby. The kitchen was well supplied for eating and coffee packets were provided by the owner/manager, which was nice. There weren’t any good utensils for actually preparing food. For instance, I had bought some carrots and celery to nibble on and there was not a knife I felt would cut theses vegetables, just a table knife. I don’t think there was a carrot peeler either. The unit we stayed in was definitely studio, very tiny, but furnished with everything we needed. Since we were not in the room much, it was fine and the price was definitely good for the location.

For the rental fee paid, this was an acceptable place. The location was good. I would have liked a small chest of drawers for our clothes. Also the tv selections were bad. We spent our evenings in the room so better tv selections would have been nice. Shujie was very attentive and always promptly responded to my questions.

Very good location. Great views 180*. Close to eat out locations. 10mins walk to the beach. 15 mins walk to Ala Moana centre. 20 mins walk to Waikiki beach and the international market centre. We where there over new year, great fireworks display from our window. Big enough for 2 people. Onsite pizzeria, 2 cafes, pub, pool, laundry, little store, burgers, all good food.

Love this place. Had everything I needed. The location is perfect. It was roomy, clean & just perfect. Shujie was very attentive to my requests and responded to questions in a very timely manner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bed & pillows were very comfy. Loved the location. Close to anything you may need as far as shopping and eating go. Inexpensive breakfast less than 1/2 block away. Will definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property in Waikiki! It is perfect walking distance from the heart of all the action! Ten minutes or less to Waikiki Beach. There are plenty of places to eat close by. The condo was exactly as stated and impeccably clean with a beautiful view. The owners are wonderful and respond very quickly to questions. If you are planning a vacation to Honolulu look into availability here!

This room is part of a condo/hotel building at the entrance of Waikiki. Perfect location for us as it’s walking distance to everything in Waikiki and yet we were far enough, so it wasn’t noisy in our room. You can tell that building management is serious about security as they have 24-hour security guards on duty and cameras everywhere throughout the compound. The room is very clean and comfortable and check in and check out was a breeze. We checked into our room with bottled water, Hawaiian chocolate, and fresh new bag of coffee waiting for us – nice touch. There is also a large pool, fitness center, pub and very nice breakfast restaurant in the building. Overall, we were very happy and pleased with our stay and absolutely would book here again.

It was in a close enough location to everything and it has a great view. The unit was a little small but it served its purpose.

Host was very accommodating for our needs and very responsive to all questions we had. The room was very clean, with a gorgeous backdrop of the diamond head and Waikiki. The price was unbeatable for what we were looking for. We were able to cook a few meals at the bbq on the pool deck and there were basic kitchen necessities in the room as well. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, super close to the Ala Moana shopping centre, minutes away from lively Waikiki and the beaches. We even walked back from the diamond head after our hike, which was only an hour walk back. I will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in a clean and well equipped efficiency apartment. The space is perfect if you just need a place to rest after a long day of siteseeing. Your host will be very responsive and helpful. We did not have as welcoming and helpful experience with the front desk.

First off, booking this property was easy because Shujie is very responsive. Prior to our arrival, he sent detailed information on how to get there, parking arrangements (if needed), location of access key cards, and how to use the elevators (require key cards and different ones, go to different levels). The unit is as pictured, and we found it comfortable and clean. Unit A shares a little "hallway" with Unit B, and you can hear them coming and going through their door, and the shared door that accesses the units from the hallway. Shujie provides bottled water, coffee with cream and sugar, and Welcome Chocolates (yum!). There is plenty of hotwater, and good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning unit works well, and so does the tv, and wifi. There is a laundry room with ample numbers of washers and dryers, and it is very easy to use because they take credit cards, and not coins. The location was perfect for us. Downstairs is a coffee shop that has fresh baked goods (baked on site across the breeze way), and there's a convenience/liquor store, and an eatery that has a large menu offering. 7 Eleven, ABC stores, and other stores are very close by when you exit the building. We didn't have a car, and we easily walked to the beaches, and to the downtown areas. Uber is excellent if you do need a ride to and from somewhere. We'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely comfortable studio. Small, but perfect for 1 or 2 people. Everything was clean and new in the unit, and Shujie was great - left very detailed instructions and made everything about staying here easy.

This room is extremely clean, furnished with new and modern furniture and has the most awesome views. Convenient location as we could walk to most of the Waikiki attractions. Host is very responsive and provided clear check in and out instructions, which was a breeze – no waiting in line. The building was recently updated in the lobby areas and has a nice pool and fitness center as well as good eating places inside the hotel and nearby. Indoor parking is convenient, cheaper than most places in Waikiki. Felt very secure in the building as they have 24 hour security and cameras are everywhere. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Shujie's condo. Check in was a breeze and room was very clean and comfortable with the most amazing views. Great location as we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Spent most of our days at the beach and evenings strolling around Waikiki strip with all the great restaurants and shops. So nice to come back to such a nice room. Highly recommended.
