Beautiful surroundings. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Hosts friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Garden was vast and with lovely private seating. Good parking. Lovely rural spot.

Wonderful place with great hosts. Easy communication, excellent check-in, very clean, well- equipped. Out in the countryside, but only 10 minutes away from city centre. Shopping 5 minutes away. Could not be any better! Definitely recommend and we will try to come back for sure!!!

We were delighted with our stay at Hunters Lodge. Lisa greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome throughout the stay - there were even some delicious cream teas waiting for us! The accommodation is set up beautifully and feels very homely. It was in the perfect location for us as we were attending a wedding near Cullompton, but also was a short drive from local amenities. We would love to visit again if we are ever in that area of Devon.

Location easy for visiting Exeter and seasides of South Devon. Excellent accommodation, everything supplied and a very warm welcome on arrival by Lisa.

We completely fell in love with this place! Lisa and Steve have done a fantastic job at creating such a luxurious yet homely holiday home. They were so warm, welcoming and helpful from the minute we arrived. The garden is absolutely enormous and well-kept and we got to see so much nature and wildlife in it! This place is so good for your soul! We loved the extra touches too like the wooden playhouse with the toy kitchen in it. It is also in a great location as we were able to take short car journeys to different beaches, pubs and other attractions during our stay.

Everything. Well equipped and beautiful. Hosts were lovely and Pepsi the cat was a perfect addition!

Outdoor space. Large garden with playhouse and rope swing for children. Lovely decor.

A lovely hidden gem! We have a great short stay here. The children loved running around the garden and playing on the swing. Everything was clean and tidy and to a high standard. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I couldn't fault the cottage, we would definitely return.
