Door was not fix and bathroom is not good

Room was not maintained. Bathroom tiles are broken, the room was smelling with insecticide (I think). We had to leave the balcony door open for hours to manage the smell.

Near of everything.

The room that we booked was not the same gave us a separate room with the same price but parking is not included but fought for it because with my booking has a free parking and before I get that parking I have to argue.

2 bedrooms in an apartment. Proximity to Sky Ranch. Value for money.

Would prefer another variant of Downy used on the beddings. One of the closets smell. The wind banging on the door and windows scared my son and kept my husband awake.

the unit is great! two bedrooms have 2 big beds and are able to house 5-6 people. there were towels available. near skyranch and good restaurants. expectations as per app were met.

unresponsive to messages in the Booking app and thru text/call which was quite a hassle when we have questions for planning what to bring. was able to contact staff on the day of the stay tho.

The bed was fine. There were enough sleeping space for everyone.

The unit was dirty. There were cockroaches everywhere. Little flies in the bathroom. One of my friends was bitten by the cockroach when we woke up. His eye was a little swollen. When we arrived, the staff was not there to assist us. We had to wait for another 20 minutes for the staff to arrive. The chairs are broken. The toilet seat was also broken.

Facility needs improvement, aircon units are weak and needs cleeaning.
