Fantastic wedding weekend! Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and coffee shops, close to beach!

Our special group of friends ( all live in different states) have rented thru VRBO for several years ( 25 years+) and this is the first year we booked one with an elevator - really appreciated it. PERFECT LOCATION; walkable to the beautiful beach, great restaurants/bars, stores, but quiet enough at night. The rooftop terrace is PERFECT for sunsets and nighttime cocktails. (Probably great for daytime too but it was just too hot for us to sit up there ( 90 degrees+). Would love to rent again.

We had a great time at this place. The elevator helped with luggage and just going from top to kitchen… Love that there were umbrellas and bikes. It was such a good time. We will definitely stay here again when Im in Clearwater. Walked everywhere cuz ur that close ! Very spacious place for all of us .

Our family had a very fun vacation staying at this townhouse on Clearwater Beach. The townhome was in a good location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We never had to use our cars unless we needed to go off the island. Condo was clean and had good beach chairs and toys, etc. it was great to have all linens provided including beach towels. The elevator was helpful loading and unloading. We all got lots of exercise walking this trip including going up and down 5 levels daily. We didn’t use the upstairs rooftop area as it was too hot most days and evenings. Great spot to take photos and view the area. Kitchen was clean and had enough to fix simple meals. Table sat six. Bedrooms were functional good beds. No closets in master bedroom but had dressers. Master bathroom was large with two sinks and huge spa tub. The small bedroom nook was fine for our adult son to have a good bed and privacy. Downside was sharing the master bathroom Our daughter and two children were very comfortable having the middle level to themselves. AC was too good on the main living area and good for most of the upper floors. The rooms facing front got more sun and were warmer but adequate. We didn’t use the tv much but did sit together in the main living area (all 6 of us ) at times. We had fun in Clearwater and enjoyed trying the local beach bar/restaurants and seeing the beautiful sunsets. Went kayaking at Weeki Wachee. Edna and George Kindley

Property was great - clean, great location to beach, local restaurants and bars. We had two families and layout was nice for each family to have a floor. Property built very well so didn’t hear noise from other floors. Key pad made for easy in/out access. Lots of amenities for a nice day at the beach. Hosts very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your vacation home. The pictures in the listing were very accurate and the house was throughly cleaned when we arrived. The home allowed enough space for everyone to comfortably gather in the living room/ kitchen area as well as on the rooftop deck. Plus, having beach towels and chairs and umbrellas made it very convenient. And the bikes were also well used. An added convenience was using the community pool for only $3 after coming off the beach. The house is only 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying at these townhouses. This unit was great. We love all the space and different floors. The rooftop was amazing. We also love that it is only 2 blocks from the beach. It is a great place to stay!

Our stay at this beach property was WONDERFUL! The layout of the house is just as is described online. The hosts provide all towels (beach, bath and kitchen) as well as beach necessities: chairs, umbrella, 2 bikes and toys. The furniture in the living space was extremely comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, measuring utensils, serving utensils and the usual plates, cups and bowls. (This was NOT the case with the rental property that we stayed at in Orlando just days earlier!) We enjoyed the rooftop deck in the early morning and late at night but seldom made our way up there in the middle of the day... too hot in mid July!! It's a great space though! Amazing view :) I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy get-away. (P.S. You'll get a good workout, too... on the 4 flights of stairs!!)

The view and walk to beach was really nice. Lots to do within walking distance. The up and down of stairs was little exhausting. There was an elevator tho.

This is a beautiful property that our entire family loved. There were 6 of us, our grown kids and son-in-law. It’s large enough to allow privacy for all, and enough room when we all hung out together. Just a short walk to the beach and not too far of a walk to the pier area. We all love to walk so it was perfect, checking out shops and eating! There were beach chairs, tubes and towels provided, which was huge! We all agreed we would love to go back to this townhome. The owners were quick to respond to all questions we had. You can’t go wrong with this property. The private rooftop was a huge bonus!!! Simply beautiful!!!

Nice condo, well decorated, very spacious. Beds and linens were very nice. Kitchen was newly remodeled and everything you need for cooking and eating. Lots of extras, beach chairs, floats, umbrellas, boogie boards. Roof top was okay. Furniture cushions on roof were dirty and stained. The hot tub was very old and peeling paint. Roof top could use an umbrella or some sort of shaded area.

Excellent location-2 blocks from the sugar sand beach, roomy accommodations, generous supply of beach chairs, beach toys and sand toys, quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, rooftop balcony with hot tub and beautiful views. Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store.

This is the second time we’ve rented this townhouse. The last time was 9 years ago. There are new owners and it’s been updated and renovated. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with. The listing is very accurate. Everything you might want for all age groups is on hand. We found the townhouse beautifully cleaned on arrival and everything worked as it should. We had a problem with the garbage disposal which the owners looked after within hours. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location and condo for an extended family gathering. The condo was just as described and pictured. The rooftop deck with hot tub was a highlight.

Clean, tastefully decorated, super close to beach, garage space, safe & quiet neighborhood; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 6 nights - two families, 4 adults and six kids aged 3 to 10. We all loved this spacious, comfortable home. There was lots of room, good quality beds and appliances and everything we needed. The top floor terrace has great views. A very short walk to the park, beach and Main Street. Good parking and very clean. It was perfect for our stay, we would definitely go back.

This was the 4th or 5th time staying in this townhouse for my large family of 8 people, including a 18 month and 7 year old grandkids. The owner continues to update and refresh the property every year. It is in excellent condition with everything you need, including beach accessories, kitchen items, comfortable beds and furniture. It also has the best view on Clearwater Beach. You can see everything while sitting in the hot tub, including the best sunset in the world. I have already booked again for next year.

We stayed for 5 days the week before Christmas. The location is in walking distance to anything you could want. The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed/wanted and was beautiful. Definitely got our steps in with the steps but the elevator was a life saver after the grocery and when loading/unloading our suitcases. The owners are personable and responsive. Would definitely book again to stay in this area for our large family.

This property was everything we needed for our family vacation. Great location and your walking distance from shopping, beach and restaurants. The property was clean and enough space for all 9 of us. We loved the hot tub on the roof. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Great location with plenty of room for large families and a rooftop with spectacular views of both sunrises and sunsets. We stayed to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. The elevator was a huge asset for aging parents as the property had lots of steps. My husband and I shared the third floor (property is 4 levels with master suite on the top) with a Jack and Jill bathroom separating us from a room where our two teenagers slept. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 6 teens/adults. Location is walking distance from beach, restaurants and shops. Wonderful stay!
