The house was just what we needed. Bright, cheerful and welcoming. The owner was easy to communicate with, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Nice to have access to a garage that was perfect for the motorcycles. When we plan to return to the area I know Exactly where we want to stay 🏝️❤️

Everything went smooth and as published. Home was fully stocked and clean

Excellent backyard. Close to the beach, I would recommend for anyone visiting Ormond looking for a family friendly beach location.

Loved this house for our 10-day stay in Ormond Beach.. updated thoroughly with very nice kitchen, living space, baths, bedrooms and especially the backyard. Yard "gazebo" was wonderful, along with outdoor furniture and firepit. Nice TV in living area, along with those in each bedroom. Beach items were plentiful with bikes, chairs, wheeled beach wagon, etc. Only 10-minute walk to beautiful beach. Very comfortable and had lot of supplies and treats already in cupboards and available to guests. Garage was used to park car out of the sun. Owner was responsive, friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again when visiting OB.

First time to Ormond Beach and we loved it! The house was perfect for us! The backyard was great for our dogs! Cant wait to come back again next year!

Great little house, just a short walk to beach. Super clean, and fully equipped. The backyard is amazing. It was our first experience with a vacation rental and everything went seamlessly. Chris is a great host quick to respond to any question. We look forward to returning the next time we visit Ormond Beach.

This house was very comfortable, & casual for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked, nice appliances, comfortable sleeping arrangements, exquisite fenced in backyard with a sound system, just an all around comfortable beach vacation.

The house was very clean and had a good layout. Fun decorations. I would call it "Early Mermaid" as there were whimsical coasters, pictures, etc. The backyard was very nice, and we enjoyed sitting out back with a couple friends, enjoying the twilight. Everything was in good working order.

Really enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, supplied very well, and the outdoor area is so inviting. It was private and quiet. We spent lots of time sitting and enjoying the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was absolutely perfect. Chris is a fantastic host, and the house had any extras you might think of that you needed. We had such a great week, and visited so many of the local restaurants and ate super delicious food. Everyone was incredibly friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, well stocked, and wonderfully decorated home. Stayed here twice now and plan to stay again next year. Property manager is polite and easy to communicate with.

This house was perfect for our group!! It’s clean and stocked with everything you need to go to the beach, which is just a short walk down the street. The proximity to other amenities can’t be beat either. Just a short drive in either direction leads to lots of sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. Everyone in our group agreed that we would rent the house again!!

The house was perfect for our family graduation celebration. We really enjoyed the back yard on nice evenings and the amenities at yhe house were incredible,kitchen was stocked with spices and condiments and beach/kayaking equipment for extra fun.

Whenever we are in Daytona this will definitely be a place we come back too. My mom, my kids and I stayed and we LOVED it. It was home away from home. I will say for me I'm all about the details. There was not one thing that was not thought of, down to games and a few toys for the kids. Chris thought of the stuff we didn't know we needed until we saw it lol. Th backyard is a dream. My husband and I spent a week here with our almost 18-year-old son and his girlfriend over their spring break. This was the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. And the items that were provided were of excellent quality. The house was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The extras were great... beach chairs, beach cart/chair combo, kayaks, cornhole. The backyard was perfect for non-beach days. We ate outside every night that we cooked, had a fire in the fire pit, and lounged in the comfy chaise sofa. It was an easy walk to the beach and the river, and there were restaurants within walking distance, too, though we didn’t eat out much. The basket of snacks, sanitizing products, and disposable masks was a nice surprise. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you!
