David the host is the nicest person and a great baker. Our breakfasts were amazing. Three days of different home-baked scones, popovers or fresh berry pastry. Fresh eggs, fresh pineapple - we ate a lot! The view of the lake from the deck was breathtaking. A lovely place.

We didn't know it was a shared bathroom with the other guests but we all worked it out. I would ask for the larger room next time rather than the twin beds in the room we had.

NOT KID FRIENDLY!!! No parking, smelt awful, deck was very slippery, one bathroom for several guests to share. Just had to walk around when you get there. No one welcoming.

Breakfast was great. Host amiable and helpful. The room was spotless with view of beautiful lake.

Breakfast was delicious. House is decorated with unique period pieces.

This is a gorgeous, clean home. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and the host exceptionally hospitable and friendly.

We would have preferred to have a private bathroom.

David is a good and interesting host -- a wealth of information. The situation is spectacular, and I wish we had more time to simply enjoy the deck and view. Very easy access to the Glimmerglass Opera -- best ever of our visits there. D. makes a splendid breakfast. Enjoyable fellow guests.

We had a single bedroom, which was tight with no closet.
