Khách sạn nằm trung tấn Thảo điền, nhưng khá yên tĩnh, gần có chợ nhỏ và nhiều quán ăn vặt, sạch sẽ và giá tất tốt, không nói thách. Nhân viên rất vui vẻ nhiệt tình, chỉ cần gọi điện là sẽ được giúp đỡ ngay. Đã ở đây 10 ngày và lại trở lại ở thêm 12 ngày nữa 😃

Short walks to food and beverage outlets. Just 150m to Gluten Free Gourmet Cafe. Room spacious and cleaned each day. Bed comfortable. Overall excellent place to stay in Thai Dien at good value.

The room WIFI was quite weak. Not enough to run Netflix for example.

Great stay foк a week, everything was perfect and location was quiet

I had not seen my daughters for 2 years due to covid travel restrictions, so this was a special visit for me. ICASA was located close to their home and a good spot from which to branch out in both Thao Dien and wider afield in Ho Chi Minh. Staff were very cheerful and helpful.

absolutely comfy apartment in excellent area. no typical hotel feeling, very friendly staff and overall the perfect solution if you travel and work (or live) in HCM.

for business trips breakfast is always nice. but there also places very close by
