Loved staying at Terry's home with my group of friends for our annual ski trip. The was exactly as advertised and we had no issues whatsoever!

Perfect home for our extended family get together. Space for everyone. Beautifully remodeled. Everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Great location for our ski trip!

A great house. Terri was immediately responsive to our requests though we had few. The house is in a prime location to the Cottonwood canyon resorts. We will return.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The set up of the house was perfect for a group of friends/couples to all gather together but still have their own space. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax post ski day and we even got to see some deer in the backyard! This trip was mainly for skiing and the location of the VRBO was perfect to get into the Canyons. 10min to get to the canyons and about 30min (up the canyon) total to get to the mountains. The hosts were so friendly and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this place! I can't wait to come back!

Our group of 14 had an amazing time and experience at this house on our ski trip! Plenty of different hangout areas with a layout that spread out everyone very nicely (even had 2 full kitchens and 2 sets of washers / dryers. Only 20 mins from Snowbird / Alta and 35 from Solitude / Brighton so could get back to the lovely hot tub quickly. Very responsive hosts as well; nothing but good things to say!

Beautiful scenery. Nick was very helpful cleaned the hot tub each day. I got a lot of compliments from my large friend group for finding such a perfect location with plenty of sleeping options. Not far from Snowbird/Alta.

Terri and Nick were great hosts, attentive and quick to respond. We truly enjoyed their home which had everything we needed for our family Christmas reunion. We enjoyed making family dinners every night, house was close to shops and the view of the mountains were beautiful! The resident family of deer were a added bonus to watch in the yard. The home was the center of our holiday memory.

This property was exactly what was advertised on line. in addition, the owners of the property were very accommodating and there to answer every question we had. They offered to meet us at check-in to show us around and answer any questions. Check-in was easy, and check-out was easy. Definitely worth the stay!!

Terri and Nick were super hospitable. We enjoyed staying in their home and were been able to find all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The home was clean and was furnished with everything we might need.

Great house for big groups. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Hot tub is nice. Lots of parking. Close to Snowbird/Alta. Very attentive to any issue that may arise.

We really enjoyed the house and its proximity to the Snowbird ski resort. We had 11 adults staying in the house, 4 couples and 3 single people. We had room for more too! The two kitchens came in handy a few times. We also loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing :)

The house is in a great location, very clean and spacious. We had a family reunion and it was perfect. Nic is extremely accommodating. We will be back.

We had such a great time at this house! We skied at Snowbird and it was about a 24 minute drive without traffic. The house was so much bigger than described on the site! We had four families staying there, and still felt like the space was so expensive and open! The Jacuzzi was wonderful! It was so nice having Nick, one of the co-owners, across the street, in case we had any issues. He was there at check in to make sure everything was OK and was very friendly and welcoming! I only wish we had stayed longer! We are definitely going to make this house and annual trip with friends and family and look forward to a longer stay next season!

An amazing house, with very nice and attentive owners!

We’ll-appointed home uniquely situated to most Utah ski resorts. Plenty of space, abundant assortment of linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. The jacuzzi was hot, clean, and appropriately chlorinated. The service was great, as Nick (the handyman and part-owner) lives across the street and is a phone call away. Communication was great from the start. Very much enjoyed the stay, and will definitely rent from them again when in the area.

I am on my flight home from Salt Lake City after 4 days of skiing at Park City and Snowbird. I have never written a review on VRBO before, but this stay was something I needed to share. First, the property and location. We wanted a home that allowed us to have flexibility to ski multiple different mountains all within 25 to 45 minutes. For us, location was key and I highly recommend this home. We had 17 guests from 4 families. What was fantastic about the house is that there are 3 different living/sitting areas, a full kitchen/pool table/living room downstairs for the kids and an adult area (the main part of the home) upstairs. To be able to stay in a home with 17 people and not feel like it was crowded at all is incredible especially compared to the much more expensive large homes on the mountains. Finally, what made this stay even more noteworthy was both the owner, who was responsive and helpful even when she was dealing with a family situation, and the house manager who welcomed our group to the home, helped us re-light a pilot light when I accidentally turned it off, and even more impressive, used his skills as a transmission mechanic when one of our cars wouldn't start. We really felt cared for during our stay and appreciate it. Thank you Terry and Nick for giving our families a great ski vacation!

This place is a fantastic place for families and/or friends to get together for skiing. The place is fully stocked with many useful kitchen appliances and very spacious. The fact that it has both upstairs and downstairs separate living room area makes it easy for guests to have their own separate areas for hanging out. With large groups, I will be looking for this place again!!!

We just stayed for 7 nights and truly enjoyed this wonderful home. Terry was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, cookware and small appliances! Very much appreciated having dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels there for our use too! And the hot tub was a great way to finish a day of skiing! Thank you!

We enjoyed this home very much! Lots of space and having two kitchens on Thanksgiving day was wonderful! Also, our previous Vrbo rentals have not allowed access to the garage. This was a great benefit, especially as the garage entrance to the house was into the kitchen. So convenient.

Our large family gathering worked well in this house. Several spots for different groups to gather and hang out. Photos and description accurate. Owners super responsive.

This home was perfect for all of our family to come and stay for a family wedding. It was accessible for my 93 year old year grandma and still kept my 10 year old occupied as well! Terry was a great host, very helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed seeing the mule deer in the yard every morning and going up Big Cottonwood Canyon to hike during the day!

My four best friends from college and I have had a reunion ever year since 2010. We now all have spouses and children so this year’s reunion had 20 people! This house was so perfect. It was clean, well stocked, comfy beds and enough room for everyone to sleep, a great kitchen. Separate area for kids to play downstairs while grown-ups and babies hung out upstairs. I would 100% return here for future large group getaways (and I actually live close by so I probably really will!). Thank you for a great weekend :)

There was alot of space. The home was beautiful. The communication was prompt. And it had absolutely everything we needed.

The house was perfect for our family wedding. It was spacious and slept 16 comfortably. Owners were wonderful to deal with.

We had a family reunion (thirteen of us, ages 13 through 77) and had plenty of space in the house and plenty to do in the area. Lovely house with room to be together or separate.
