This condo is very well maintained, has everything you need, and is in a great location. We enjoyed the beautiful deck with a view of the beach, the easy access to the Siesta Key Village, and access to the beach. The management team was always available and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone lookin to visit Sieast Key!

Fantastic location between the beach and downtown. Walk to everything. It was nice and roomy with nice beds and furniture. It was a little dated though with the last remod prob 30 + years ago, with the kitchen/ dining room floor in really rough shape. Could def use a key pad not an old lock box with old keys. It is a 3rd floor walk up, so prob not great for elderly. Overall a nice space with a nice view.

The location of this spot can't be beat. It's two short blocks away from the beach and is about three blocks from the main strip where all of the restaurants are located. It was very convenient for our family! The property was VERY clean and also very spacious. As mentioned in some of the other reviews, the flooring in the kitchen is falling apart. Since we were already aware of this based upon the prior reviews, it didn't bother us. We were there during Spring Break, which made for a busy time in Siesta Key. We had college students staying in the unit below us, which made for some noisy neighbors, but we weren't inside that often.

Great view of the beach and ocean, wonderful deck to hang out on or nap. Great sheets and beds (this is huge for us). Very clean. Huge washer and dryer!!! Kitchen floor need attention but no big deal. There are a lot of steps to get to 3rd floor but will worth it. The location is incerdible. Easy to beach, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!! Great communication!!

Great Location in the Village. Close to beach. Sunset views! The deck has a Birdseye view of the water. If it's windy you can hear the Gulf. One thing which is a concern if you are older or disabled there is 40 steps to the unit. Very steep and narrow. We were in our 60's and a little nervous going down. I was going to post a pic but it didn't allow it.

The property was clean and in a great location. Steps from the beach and a block from restaurants and shops. The deck was perfect for lounging when the beach was too cold.

We loved the location. Short walk to the stores, restaurants and bars in the village and short walk to the beach. The apartment was nicely laid out for 6 adults even with the twin beds. (Some couples don't mind. Especially if one of them snore!) Everything we needed was already there. The balcony had lots of seating and a great view of the Ocean. It also blocked the wind on some of the cooler windy days allowing you to still enjoy the sunshine.

Spacious home for its lots of beds for your large family. There are a lot of stairs so make sure you can grandpa them. Nice that owners have chairs to use just need to provide a wagon to help thanks for letting us stay

If you’re looking for a unit that is close to all the action and the beach, this location is great. The unit is spacious and works well for 4-6 people. But—the unit needs updating—especially the kitchen and kitchen floor which is breaking apart. And the STEPS are a real bummer when carrying heavy suitcases or groceries. I’ve noticed they are increasing the price fairly significantly next year. I don’t feel it warrants the price they are asking and won’t be returning.

This property is in a great location. The only thing that surprised us was all the steps. I might have missed it in the listing but someone who has a hard time with steps might not want to stay here. The views are great once you get to the top!

Siesta Keys Stairway to Stay
This was a great property for families with older kids. Three nice bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. Great kitchen table for dining and playing games. Deck with good seating. Easy walk to beach, with beach chairs provided by property owners. Easy walk to downtown with fun shopping and restaurants.
Would not recommend to someone who cannot climb stairs.
New flooring in kitchen/dining area would be a nice upgrade and maybe one more comfy chair in living room.
I would stay here again. We had a fabulous time!

Memorial Day weekend
Perfect location for the beach and the main strip for bars/restaurants/shopping. The property has a great outdoor deck to hang out on where you can see the beach. I stayed with 3 couples for Memorial Day weekend and we loved this spot! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again

Spring break vacation
It was the perfect location for our spring break vacation with our 3 teenagers! Plenty of space inside with a wonderful view! The main strip in town and the beach are in walking distance making it ideal since parking can be full in both places.

Great place, great location
Short stay with a family of six. Plenty of space and very clean property. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond to questions. Chairs and umbrella available for use. Short walking distance to beach and village. Beautiful sunsets. Could see the beach from the balcony. Would highly recommend and would rent again if available. Note that this is a third floor apartment with steps to be traveled. Was not an issue for us, but could be for others. Thank you for the use of your property!

Friends Great Get Away
This property was an excellent choice for us ladies to get away. The condo was spotless and accommodated all our needs. We were able to walk to the beach or into town in minutes. Other then the steep steps to get up to the unit, which was a bit of a challenge with luggage & beach gear, our stay was a success. I may suggest a beach buggy to get beach gear to & from the beach, but not having one did not deter us in any way. A thank you to Anna for your quick response to any questions we had and allowing us to park in the driveway prior to our check-in so we could enjoy a wonderful lunch in town. A true gem.

Homey and perfectly located!
My husband, our two year old, in laws and I had such a good time visiting Siesta Key. It was most of the groups first time there. You cannot beat the location of this very comfortable 3/2 condo. It’s walking distance from the beach and Siesta Key Village! We had a slight AC issue that Anna quickly addressed (thanks again Anna) but nothing that would deter us from coming back or recommending this place to others! We had a nice balcony where we enjoyed the sunset and rise, nice big table to accommodate our party for dinner and breakfast ( when we didn’t eat out) comfortable beds. It was just great! Highly recommend staying here.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very comfortable and Exceptionally clean! So close to everything but not loud at night. Beware that there are two sets of steep stairs to get in. We highly recommend the Summer House for dinner and Bon jour for breakfast.

Great location and plenty of room for family of 6.
The wife and kids were very happy with this property and how spacious it was. Great proximity to beach and village. Only complaint was that the AC was struggling the day after we arrived. I let the manager know and they had someone there within hours to address the problem. It got up to 84F and took 24hrs to get back to 72F. Not a big deal. Lots of fun.

Wonderful trip
This property was exactly as advertised, really nice stay. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and we're able to sleep everyone comfortably. Place was clean and had all the kitchen supplies for cooking. 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice patio view too.

Amazing condo so close to beach and town
As soon as we walked in to the property, we were so excited! It was even better than the pictures! Very clean and the space was set up very well. The deck overlooking the ocean was awesome! The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes, and the property had a beach umbrella and chairs that saved us at the beach! One of the best parts was that the walk into town was so short for shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this property again!

First off, our overall stay was very good. There were just a few things that I would suggest. First, get new sheets for the twin beds. The sheets are very pilled, so it makes them feel dirty when you get in. Second, even though the location is only about four blocks from the beach in total, a wagon to haul a cooler, chairs and beach items would have been great to have, or even a pull cart.
The area was great! We were able to park our car when we got there and did not need it again until we left. It was extremely clean and even came with more than the average items in a VRBO. We had a great experience and will go back to the area.

Our favorite siesta spot! We have rented several times and every time we have a blast it’s the perfect location for the beach add walking distance to everything we need always clean always stocked with plenty of towels and what you need I highly recommend this rental and will be renting again as soon as we are able to come back!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful vacation staying here! Walk to beach and village in 2 minutes. Beautiful sunsets from the deck. Inside very clean, plenty of room for us. Property managers easy and kind to work with. This condo is second floor- steps up to condo did not bother our crew a bit. Could hear the downstairs family walking around late at night...annoying but should not deter guests. Wonderful place!

Excellent stay
This property is wonderful. It is close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. It is clean, spacious, and centrally located. Yes, there are a lot of steps, but it is a small price to pay to have an amazing view from the balcony. Highly recommend!
