TV did not work. Said no signal. Only person working was desk clerk and she was clueless and helpless. When checking out I mentioned it and was told that since I booked through a third party that they couldn’t do anything to “make it right” except maybe offer some snacks. So I guess you have to book directly to be treated with respect. Unbelievable.

Variety of items was great. Had non-pork sausage!

Seating was a little difficult for seniors, limited for the amount of guests booked for the facility.

The room that we stayed, the phone is not working.

When we first checked in the front desk worker that greeted us was so pleasant. She had such a great attitude and gave a warm welcome.

The rooms I reserved were not cleaned properly. There were clothes under the chair and a shirt and pair of socks hidden under a cabinet. The outlets did not work and their was hair in the shower.

Great room at a great price. Easy to get to and close to the event we were attending.
