nice place and great location

Can't believe we were lucky enough to book this property over the kids Christmas Break. The location of the property is amazing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Decorated well though not quite like the pics. Peaceful, comfortable. Easy to get around. All beach and pool stuff provided, and attentive with the one thing that went wrong. I would tell others not to come so I can return whenever I want.

The property mirrored the posted pictures and management was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs. The property is centrally located, making beach access easy. Sitting on the balcony, looking at the white sand and watching the setting sun reflect off of the ocean was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful views and overall experience. Short walk to beach and village activities. Highly recommend!

The entire family loved Siesta Key and the house was not the exception. Really nice and spacious house with the best views of the Sieta Key beach. Very clean, all you need is in the house, my only down side is that there's no soup or body wash wish I think is very basic and only two toilet papers for the entire house with has 3 really nice bathrooms. But over all, great experience and I would definitely recommend this property and definitely would stay there again.

No complaints. This property boasts incredible views, despite another home under construction across the street. At times there was construction noise, so we just turned up the boom box as we laid by the pool. This home has it all: beach necessities, views, trolley stop, and proximity to the beach. We will be back!

We had our family of 5 stay here for a week and had plenty of room, very clean and well furnished condo. Had coffee every morning on the balcony with a great view of the ocean. Easy stroll to the beach. Would stay here again !!

This house is amazing. The location is across the street from beach access 11, and the trolley picks up on the corner. The garage has lots of beach toys, bicycles, and sand sifters if you go looking for shark teeth. The amenities were great - we used the pool nearly every day, and being able to either walk or catch a ride to the village meant that everyone was able to do what they wanted, as we were not dependent on the single car we rented. The beach is indeed, the best sand in the world. And this is a great place to enjoy it!

This home is in a great location and has several outside areas that provide spectacular views of the Gulf. There were five adults in our party and the space was more than adequate. I didn’t realize when I booked that the space was on the 3rd-5th floors of the house, but we had no problem maneuvering the stairs. There is an elevator but we didn’t use it. The walk to Siesta Key Village took 15-20 mins. We would definitely rent this home again!

Highly recommend Admiral’s watch. Across the street from Siesta Beach and a short walk to the village. The property is beautiful and well appointed. Responsiveness of the management company was fantastic, whether responding to an issue or a simple question. We would definitely stay here again! Views from balconies was amazing, heated pool was a plus.

House was in a great location and the views were just spectacular. Less than 1 mile from ‘town’, you could get to anything you wanted to do quick. Pool was very nice. Would highly recommend.

This house looked great from the photos, but was pretty worn and beat-up in person. While it was probably beautiful when it was first built and furnished, it now needs to be painted, the carpet in the bedrooms and upstairs needs to be replaced (my husband thought it was so gross that he wore socks the entire time), the bathroom tile needs to be professionally cleaned, some furniture needs to be replaced, and certain repairs need to be made (the handle of one of the showers fell off on first use, for example, certain blinds would fall off when closed, the hot water never really got hot in the downstairs shower, the pillows were lumpy and stained, etc). I understand it must be difficult to maintain a beach rental, but this house definitely had some wear-and-tear that I wouldn’t expect for the price we paid. Siesta Key also wasn’t what we expected. We expected a quiet, family-friendly destination but what we got was a loud, crowded island full of drunk people. Lots of public intoxication. The beaches and the water are beautiful, however, and the views from the house are great. The management at this rental was also very organized and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy, they were very communicative during the booking process, they offered services such as grocery-shopping and booking excursions, and they were responsive to some problems we had. Our problem was not with the management company, it was with the state and quality of the house itself.

Beautiful and comfortable! Sunsets were fabulous! Beach was RIGHT THERE! The concierge service was over the top!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Small plumbing issue but it was resolved quickly and they even gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. I recommend staying here!

We loved this place! It is a beautiful, well kept home that we thoroughly enjoyed! It has a great location and just a short walk to the amazing beach. Our only complaint the entire vacation was the seaweed in the ocean, but this has nothing to do with the fabulous property. Thanks for allowing us to stay!! :-)

The unit was great with the exception of: Master bedroom downstairs was miserably hot. The bathroom was like being outside, honestly. We had 2 fans running at all times and the AC turned down in the rest of the unit to help cool off that room and bath. So that resulted in freezing everywhere else but sweating in that bedroom and bath. Sleeping was difficult in there because of the heat. We started looking at other places to rent because of that. The kitchen was poorly stocked. We even had to purchase salt and pepper. Please buy a couple of teflon pans and cookie sheets. The ones there are so old and they are metal so you are constantly watching for fear of things burning. And scissors. and a large non-slotted spoon. and a spatula, glass measuring cup,etc just basics please. Trying to cook there was challenging. The ice maker was broken so we were constantly having to purchase ice. They said they were coming to repair it. One day no one showed though we were told they were. They did come another day but then said they still needed to get another part for it. Cupcakes on arrival is a nice gesture, but I much prefer the above items ... I wish I didn't have to complain, but the kitchen and master bedroom / bath are extremely important!

We were lucky enough to stay here for a week. Property is beautiful and well taken care of. Ocean views, beach access and quality of rental can't be beat. We watched dolphins from our balcony each morning Elevator is a nice touch!

Being going to Siesta for 10 years now and have stayed at 8 different places and this was by far the BEST one ever! They had everything you could possible need and had a few extra special gifts that were the first from any other place we have stayed! This is were we will stay from now on without a doubt! You will not be disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful time and this is a very nice place to stay. Even had cupcakes in the refrigerator to greet us upon arrival.
