TOUT le personnel est exceptionnel, très au dessus de ce que l'on attend en général , sourire , disponibilité et efficacité . Un grand MERCI à eux. Chambre spacieuse , très confortable et silencieuse, Grande salle de bains désign. Petits déjeuners copieux et diversifiés.

Un changement de la moquette du couloir menant aux chambres du second étage rendrait cet hotel encore plus plaisant.

Das eigentliche Zimmer war schön und komfortabel

Der Flur war extrem unsauber und der Teppichboden war unfassbar dreckig. Das Bad müsste mehr gepflegt werden. Frühstück war Ei (lecker) oder Asiatisch vom Vortag. Das Zimmer wurde einmal nicht gemacht

Khách sạn nằm ở địa điểm trung tâm quận Ninh Kiều, tiện cho du Khách tham quan và khám phá chợ đêm. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và lễ phép.

Tôi đặt phòng có giường lớn và ban công, nhưng khi nhận phòng thì giường chỉ có 160 cm. Phòng Deluxe. Chúng tôi mong rằng khách sạn nên đưa đúng phòng với đúng giá khách đã trả.

Les filles de l’accueil sont en compétition pour savoir laquelle serait la plus désagréable et la moins souriante On nous a accueilli en édictant le règlement intérieur : ne pas ramener de nourriture qui pue. Je ne sais pas si c’est parce que je suis asiatique… et après seulement on nous donne un verre de bienvenu. On nous a aussi demandé de payer immédiatement Très surprenant pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme. Aucun savoir vivre et aucune élégance pour moi qui voyage bcp dans les grands hôtels Mais passé l’épreuve de l’accueil, la chambre est bien et bien placé

Nice hotel in Can Tho near market, many restaurants and the river. Room was clean with good AC, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and blackout curtains. Staff was friendly. Breakfast downstairs was ok for a couple of days. Good deal for the price.

L’emplacement, puisque le Mékong n’est qu’à 5 minutes à pied ; le personnel qui est très accueillant et aidant (super organisation de notre transfert en bus jusqu’à Rach Gia, et réservation de nos billets de ferry jusqu’à Phu Quoc). L’hôtel comme la chambre sont décorés avec recherche et goût.

La chambre sans fenêtre qui sent un peu l’humidité, le rideau électrique de la salle de bain qui patine un peu, et surtout la moquette du couloir qui était sale et tachée.

Nice Décor in family room, others are normal

Very strong bad smell in the room though one staff tried to work on. We had to sit outside at hallway till 9pm but the very young staff at reception didn’t know how to solve the problem. Finally we paid more to change the room, only around 300,000vnd but the one called manager didn’t date to face out. The hallway were very dirty, not comfortable bed, very hard mattress and pillows, cause of the cheap ones

Es war richtig schmutzig, so dass wir trotz bezahlter Rechnung vorzeitig abgereist sind, da man aufgrund des Schimmels, Staub und Dreck bestimmt 1 Tag hätte reinigen lassen müssen , uns sollte sogar 1 Handtuch noch in Rechnung gestellt werden welches aus Versehen auf den Boden gefallen ist und schwarz war, meine Socken von einmal durchgehen waren ebenso schwarz, Personal ab abends spricht gar kein Englisch, statt Teebeutel gab es Toilettenpapier, ich mag eigentlich meinen Urlaub nicht mit Meckern verbringen, aber das Hotel geht gar nicht und ist im Vergleich zur Leistung zu teuer Wouldn’t recommend to stay there, totally dirty and nobody is interested to improve the cleaning service at all, they even try to charge this on the back of their customers

It’s a modern hotel in a good location, opposite one of the only cocktail bars in Can Tho. The reception team were really helpful and organised the bus to pick us up when we left.

We did have some little ants in our room, which got into our bed, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. But we didn’t report either matter to the staff - I’m sure they would have tried to resolve them if we had.

Superb and stylish hotel in the centre of can tho very close to all amenities and eateries. Staff all speak English and are all very helpful. A good breakfast is included as well. Highly recommended

Excellent

The hotel is surprisingly modern and well-equipped for the lesser-known city. Super comfy bed and well-designed room. Didn't have breakfast as the location was in the middle of a food heaven. There's also a smart TV in the room and lots of universal power socket.

The air conditioner is controlled using a central panel at the door, which is not convenience, and also didn't seem to respond to it, so the room was too cold. Curtain is also controlled electronically which is a bit awkward as I couldn't close one side. Shower rack was a bit weak.
