The view from the villa was amazing!!! The bedrooms and bathrooms also beautiful. Large living and entertaining space. Joey our manager was always helpful and on hand for anything.

The property was up a very steep road , so shops and restaurants for food at the villa was not easy. Although there is the option for in-house chef.

we loved the incredible view and the huge bedrooms. it is a very beautiful place and we recommend it. it is difficult to get there because it is so high in the mountain but Pom, the manager is very kind and would help you to order delicious Thai food.

we liked everything. the only issue might be that you depend on Pom for transportation down and food but, if it was not so high, the place wouldn’t be so special.

Stunning property everything was amazing and better than expected

one door didn’t work, so there came in a lot of insects was annoying.

The villa has an amazing view over the bay, and it's extremely calm to swim in the pool with such scenery. The villa itself is in good condition, and it's totally not noisy around as you'll live in the highest liveable spot in the neighbourhood. The villa manager Pom is extremely helpful (and she is also a great cook).

We stayed two weeks in this heaven on eart. This villa has so many wow factors! First of all the view and infinity swimming pool. It is so amazing that no pictures does justice to that. The staff do everything and beyond that you stay is more than what you could get in five star hotels. Highly recommend this place for everyone who wants luxury for their holiday in Koh Samui. Great value for your money. Big thanks to owner Kiran, manager Christian and his wife Ploy.

The service was amazing Christian was great and spent a while with us explaining everything the first day but he wasn't able to be with us the whole stay so his wife ploy was so amazing we will never forget her service no matter what time of the day she had to come pick us up or drop us off she always had a smile on her face, she meet our every need and made us feel at home. The view is amazing from anywhere in the villa. A tip is if you like tanning go right to the top level it's the perfect sun up there. Fresh towels and clean up daily was great. We met Kiran the owner briefly one of the days and he seemed very lovely. Thankyou Kiran and big thankyou to your amazing staff.
