Perfect property for us

Everything about this place was wonderful - from the view to the accommodations. The only problem we had was with the TVs because they were locked on a guest setting. Contacted the property manager who said they would send someone out. Within 1-2 days the views made the televisions no longer interesting so we didn’t reach out again. If our children had been younger though it would have been an issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful location and overall a nice complex. The place was spacious and well stocked. Views are gorgeous from the unit. Only issue were bugs in the unit and didn’t always get a response back from rental company but overall, a nice stay.

Great location

The views are breathtaking. The condo is very well stocked. Very clean. The complex is quiet and close to beaches, Hanalei, and other fun places. We only used the pool once but had it all to ourselves. I have booked this location twice and will definitely stay here again

Great ocean view, only thing better would to be in winter for the whales! Great view from all windows! Great view of sunrise and sunset with a Bali Hai view to top it off! Beds could be softer.

Gorgeous ocean views from both bedrooms, you can hear the waves crashing anytime windows are open. Amazing bird life and activity. The rental seems old and has some wear and tear (especially the lānai and lānai furniture) but to us the location made up for it. With a little TLC this place would be absolutely phenomenal.

This was the place I was looking to escape to. I was there during the 1st anniversary of my wife's death. I did not want to stay at home nor did I want to go somewhere we had been together so I played 'ostrich'. I had never been to Kauai, we were supposed to come for our 25th anniversary but somehow ended up on Maui which neither of us were too happy with. I think she would have liked your place. As I am a tea drinker, I noted the lack of a tea kettle which would have made life easier as would a tea pot but otherwise the unit was great. I did have an issue with the tv on my next to last day. I called all three of the numbers associated with management and eventually found someone. He must have done something remotely as the tv came back on. Thank you.

Condo was clean and surprisingly large, with a nice quiet desk in the back bedroom for when I had to work in the mornings. The grocery store is close, Hanalei is a short drive. We saw whales from the deck and albatross flying and other little birds came to sit on the rail and entertain us.

The sound of the ocean all night was amazing. The unit was all we needed.

It is possible to walk below the lanai but no one did so while we were there so it was very private. The proximity to the ocean was delightful. It is furnished with 3 double-size beds with two of the beds in the master bedroom. The windows are well designed to catch the breezes and the temperature was comfortable during our visit.

The unit is not overly fancy, and there are places where the rust has a foothold, but it was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen, good washer and dryer, nice shower in the master bath. Oddly, there is no mail service, which was a problem with Amazon, but the property manager accepted the packages for us. I'd go back.

Our only complaint was that only 1 burner was working on the stove while we were there, and they weren't able to get it fixed. When we checked in, one burner wouldn't come on, one knob wouldn't turn, and one was missing a knob altogether. Since we had brought food and planned to cook all of our meals, this was not only a nuisance, but caused us to need to eat out more as our meals required more than one burner at a time (and we assumed the condo would have that). We did request some sort of discount to make up for that, but we never heard anything back, even though we were told that we would. Other than that, I would highly recommend this condo!

First of all, the view was amazing! Not one to leave bad reviews and rarely write them but felt this was necessary. This unit is so outdated and needs serious remodeling! Moldy and very musky, girlfriends eyes we’re burning and itchy the entire stay. Old living room furniture has spots of mold, carpet is sticky and feels like mold. Took a day and a half for cleaning chemicals to clear once arrived. Coffee maker and toaster have a mind of their own, straps for beach chairs are broken… Everything in this unit is old, moldy or in operable!! Pictures look good but definitely not as advertised. For your own health, please stay away!

Loved this property. The hosts were so invested in helping us enjoy this property. They called us twice during our stay just to make sure all was well. The kitchen is really well stocked, as well as nice size rooms, storage, beach toys, bath items. Incredible views off balcony and every bedroom. Quiet, peaceful...heaven. Nice pool....not crowded

This condo had the best view of anywhere we stayed. It is worth it to stay here simply for having this balcony right by a cliff with 180 degree views off the north coast of Kauai. Words can't describe how beautiful it was.

The unit itself was spacious for my family of five. It was very clean and well-maintained, and the property manager did a great job providing everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and it was helpful to have the washer and dryer. The unit was really hot when we arrived, but once we were able to open it up and get a cross breeze, things cooled down quickly.

One thing I want to point out that is hard to see from the listing is the set-up of the bedrooms. The room shown with two queen beds was designed as the master bedroom for the unit. As such, the master bathroom is directly off of that bedroom, that bedroom has a vanity, there is more closet space, etc. The bedroom that is shown with a queen by itself and that I figured was the master is a lot smaller and across the hall from a smaller, not as nice bathroom. Deal breaker? No. But it was annoying to me as the mom in a family of all boys.

Nice condo. Beautiful view from balcony on the ocean. Had board game, cable, towels for beach boogie boards. We drove to annini beach which was great about 20 minutes away. Must drive to beach if you want to spend the day at the beach. Secluded area on the north side of the island. About 35 minutes to the town of Kappaa where shops and restaurants are. There was traffic heading toward Hana lei due to a recent storm. Must check for possible delays heading that way.
