Absolutely beautiful property with glorious views. Morning coffee and breathtaking sunrises on the top deck daily! Close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer! Host provided all the amenities for a comfortable stay. So many wonderful family memories were made!

The property was fantastic and held our group perfectly. It rained while we were there, so the multi-level decks and games worked perfectly.

We had a group of 13 (10 adults 3 kids from 6-11 years old). Cabin was just about the perfect size. I think any more people and sleeping arrangements would be tight. Plenty of space for everyone to during day and evening. Little and “big kids “ enjoyed the arcade even though some of the games are showing the west and rear of their age (one gun of the big game hunter video game didn’t work). Gray view from deck of the Pigeon Forge parkway, able to see Dollywood parks fireworks and drone show from deck each night. If we come back as a group to pigeon forge we’ll definitely try to book this place.

This cabin has it all. When we arrived we found the owner had us covered regarding everything we might have needed, coffee, laundry detergent, just everything! Most places we stay have you covered for the 1st night. Not here! There was so much room that we were able to find that quiet place when needed. The hammocks were great. The theatre was enjoyed so much. The arcade saw itself played many times. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to be close to the action yet far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Large home with a beautiful mountain view of Pigeon Forge. Extended family vacation with 10 adults, a toddler, and an infant. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out, an arcade room, hot tub, and theater to help unwind after a busy day. Close proximity to Pigeon Forge. Infant jumper and high chair provided which was awesome.

The cabin was wonderful, very spacious, Our grandkids loved the game room and the theater room. They would eat snacks and popcorn every evening, watching a movie. We all enjoyed the hottub. The view was spectacular from the porch, we loved sitting out there. The cabin was very close to town,about 6 minutes to Pigeon Forge. One of the beds was not comfortable at all, but the rest was fine. I was pleasantly surprised that they had supplied coffee and creamer, dish pods, and shower jel,paper towels and toilet paper. Really could have used more silverware, microwave serving bowls and a dutch oven pan. There were 15 of us and would run out of silverware and not a big nice pan to cook in.

Great location with amazing views. Missing the futon bed that’s in the listing. Kitchen can use a deep cleaning and decluttering. Hot tub was hot and clean. My family loved the theater room and game room! Plenty of space for my large family. Most of all we enjoyed the view!

We enjoyed this place so much. We were in town for spring break with 2 other families, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of space with fun things for the kids to enjoy. The view was awesome, and the hot tub was a real treat. We even saw a baby bear off of the balcony. We would totally stay here again!!

Host was easy to communicate with. Lots of kitchen supplies to make the stay easier, beautiful view and easy to get to - about 5-10 minutes off the parkway (depending on how fast you’re willing to tackle the mountain roads). Appreciated the shampoo/conditioner and soaps in the bathrooms. Our family group of 16 had plenty of space and we didn’t feel crowded. Kids loved the bunk bed room with the climbing wall. Adults and kids enjoyed the games.

Summary: Overall a very poor experience. Extremely dirty, run down and many items broken. Host was very hard to get a hold of. The property had lots of issues that we later found out he was aware of prior to our stay but elected not to correct them. Would not stay their again. Pros: It does offer a good view of downtown Pigeon Forge (just don’t look down…I’ll explain more later) Cons: - Entire property was covered with trash. You notice this right when you pull up. Trash around the front door, next to the steps and all down the hillside. Trash bags after trash bags just thrown down the mountainside. - Kitchen sink did work. Was finally fixed at the end of the second day. (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Roof in the living room leaked when it rained creating big puddles in the living room/dining room (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Front door had dead bolt removed. Could only be locked by the weak door handle locked. (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Very dirty. Tables and floors were sticky with old food and drink stains. Furniture had a lot of old food crumbs on/in them. Food all over in the movie room. (Host knew the cleaning crew wasn't doing a good job) - Multiple games in the arcade room were broken. Golden Tee was completely broken and the basketball game was falling apart. (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Outdated and cheap items. Many of the kitchen cabinets were broken and had old junk stored in them. The kitchen utensils were extremely dirty and very cheap. - Grill was very dirty. So much so that we didn't feel comfortable grilling on it. Too rusty. - Gas fire place had a small leak that causes the master bed to stick. We turned off the gas value to be safe. (Host knew about this) - A bunch of random little things that all added up to bother us. Rusty nails found on the deck. Old paint cans sitting on the deck. Numerous light blubs burnt out. Dirty ash trays left out. Broken screens on the windows. Fire pit rusted out and covered with trash - No extra supplies (trash bags, soap/shampoo/conditioner for the showers) Even the bathroom sink soaps were watered down. Overall, a very poor experience. For the price we would not stay here again and I would strongly suggest you look for another rental if you are considering this one. Great area, we just got unlucky with a misleading description of the rental property and a bad host. Hope this review helps!

It was our first family get-together in 4 long years. There were 10 of us, aged 8-67. We ALL loved everything about this place! The view off the deck, or even out of the huge windows in the living room. We had a beautiful full moon while there, and also fireworks in the distance a couple of nights. The house was plenty big for everyone to have room to spread out. I especially appreciated the huge dining room table we could all eat at together. We utilized everthing offered - the game room, the hot tub, the movie room, and there was always an on-going battle on the kitchen game console, with somebody trying to knock out somebody's high score! It may not sound like it, but we actually left the house to do other things! LOL. We easily traveled into Pigeon Forge and also to Gaitlinburg on numerous days, as the location was quite convenient. I contacted Joseph several time before and during my visit and he was always prompt and pleasant in his responses. I'm sure my crew would not hesitate for an instant to stay here again! I think this cabin is goid but under very poor management. Kids room with bunk bed was stinky. Out side grill wasn't clean i took pictures and send to manager about it but never got no response. Propane tanks were out of Propane i texted manager about it he texted me back if i can drive to the near station and swap them with filled one i texted him and his repons was after one hour we had to prepare something else for dinner our grill food got wasted outside Trash cans were full with garbage we had no choice but to leave garbage outside i did text manger about it when we checked in but never received any response theater room remotes were missing i texted manger his text was somone will come next day and would help to locate them but no one showd up...... very very poor management..... would recommend to rent this property...

The cabin was wonderful. Views were amazing and just minutes to get down the mountain to town. We had three families with 9 teenage children. Everyone had their own bed and there was always hot water in the showers. We were all able to sit at the table in the dining area which was awesome. The kids used the theater room the first night when there were storms and loved it. But there was so much to do the tvs never came on after that! We would rent again in a heart beat. Heads up to anyone who has never driving up a mountain like us. The roads are very narrow, extremely curvy and can be steep. For the inexperienced it can be a bit scary.

We had 4 families, 8 adults and 8 teens. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to all the attractions. We were able to watch the Dollywood light show/fireworks right from the deck every night. House fully stocked with everything you need.

We had a family of 10 including 5 adults, 1 teenager and 4 children under 9. We were able to spread out and have our own spaces for privacy. The morning view on the deck with the sun coming over the mountain was breathtaking. The best part about doing activities is most everything we wanted to go to was only 10 minutes away. We all had a wonderful trip and hope to come back again one day.

We truly enjoyed the wonderful view of the Smokies, which you can see from many parts of the home. Absolutely stunning! All truly appreciated the Ohio Welcome, with the majority of us living in Ohio and the others being from Ohio. The Basketball arcade was the focus for most guests. We had plenty of fun and will definitely consider this property for future family gatherings.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Great for large groups. Could use a little maintenance but overall a great stay. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view of the Island and the Smokey Mountains. The drive up and down the mountain was on paved roads and there were only a couple bad turns, but they were definitely doable. The check in was a breeze and the owner responded quickly through text when needed and he also followed through with his resolution to a missing remote.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close & convenient to main strip of all the things to do! Cabin was plenty big to accommodate everyone in our group. Sure do hope we can make this trip again in the future. Kelly

The property was awesome. Beautiful cabin that my entire group enjoyed overall but getting into it was a NIGHTMARE! We arrived at our scheduled check in time but when we put the pin for the keypad on the door it did not work. I contacted the host via the Vrbo app, I texted the number provided and also called and did not get a response. Contacted customer support to try and get help entering the property and they could not get ahold of the owners either. This went on for 2 hours before someone from Vrbo was finally able to contact the host and get us the correct pin. I still have not heard anything from the host regarding the situation. All in all after that debacle we enjoyed our stay. Pigeon Forge was fantastic and the property did its job for our family. Just wish there was better communication from the host

We had plenty of room and enjoyed the open main living area, kitchen, and the amazing view. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Our teens especially enjoyed the game room and theater room. Plenty of parking. The only complaints are the mattress on downstairs king bed is very hard and uncomfortable, and when we all arrived after driving 6+ hours, the door code wouldn’t work. We spent an hour on the phone with vrbo and messaging trying to reach the property manager to get a new code. Once we finally got inside, we had a great trip. Overall, it’s a very nice rental home not too far out of town with an amazing view. We would definitely rent again and hope that the code works next time.

Cabin was very clean and well decorated. It had perfect bedding accomodations for our group. It has lots of entertainment for the whole family. Will definitely try to stay there again.

This cabin was great and a great fit for our group. Plenty of space, loved the views from the balconies. The theater room was awesome, especially for watching the Alabama game!! We all would highly recommend this great cabin!

Such a fabulous house for our two families! It’s super close to Dollywood and Splash Country (about a 15 minute drive), and only 10 minutes to the main drag for a million and 1 things to do. The convenience of the location also allowed for some gorgeous views day and night. We all enjoyed the swings on the balcony, the kids and dads took over the downstairs and the house had plenty to do to allow for a cabin day. The kitchen was well appointed with a lot of extra spices, had a crockpot and a lot Of dishes. And two fridges!! We would absolutely return to this cabin if we go back.

Had a great time. The house was just as pictured. View off the top deck was fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is the you change the directions to the house as they say turn east at stoplight 6 and it’s actually west. Stay was really great and we would come back if we were in the area.

Sitting on the porch you can hear the whistle of the steam engine at Dollywood. Great hot tub, nice kitchen and a great master bedroom. Super table in the dining area.

My family enjoyed the property so much! Especially the decks with the swings. The theater room and all of the bedrooms were perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and place to stay.

We had a great week. The cabin was ready for guests and had what we needed to cook and prepare meals. We were comfortable. We had seven people and could have had a lot more. It would sleep a lot with no problem. The swings on the lower deck were a favorite of ours. My girls and I loved those. We also loved playing basketball. The view is amazing. You can see the strip in Pigeon Forge so good and it's beautiful at night. You will love staying here.
