Had the most amazing time with my family while we were ehere for a wedding! Amazing view of the sunrise and sunset! Has everything you need and very comfortable beds and furniture! We had a fun movie night upstairs with the huge projector screen! Will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

We loved everything about this property! It was very clean and absolutely beautiful! We had a minor plumbing issue but the property owners took care of it right away. I was a little worried about not having air conditioning, but it was never an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

All the amenities of a home. Well equipped house with comfortable furnishings. If your a golfer, you’ll enjoy being right on the course around 13th hole. The ocean view is a distant one and unfortunately no beach access without driving. Your close to the town of Hanalei for some good food and shopping. There is shopping and grocery store close by if you need anything. Great place to stay.

We had a great time. The kids loved the pool & ping pong. Wonderful beaches nearby.

So many condo options in Princeville so it was a difficult choice, but the property did not disappoint and was the perfect location for walking and getting to Hanilea for surfing, hiking, dining and shopping. The edge of complex unit had privacy and a great view. Manager was responsive when we called about a repair and sent someone over right away.

A group of friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. Jeff was very responsive in communications and very reasonable with all my requests. The place comes well furnished with plenty of kitchen equipment and grill utensils if you want to cook at home any of the days. We traveled in September, and it seemed like it was one of the warmer weeks in Kauai. So despite being prepared that the place had no A/C, it was still quite hot staying in the place during the day time. Nights were fine since the place came with a bunch of fans, but do be warned that it can get warm and stuffy during the day. That was ultimately fine for us since we were out exploring all day anyways. Overall, the place was great at a good location in Princeville. Amazing value. Would stay again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Was clean, tidy and had EVERYTHING we needed. Was a perfect location to explore the northern part of the island and such a lovely place to come back to each night. Would highly recommend!
