Can't beat being right on the water in a quiet community with a pool and hot tub. Condo was updated and had all the necessities including a dedicated ice maker and wine fridge. Thanks Sofia!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect and we loved all the amenities available. Sofia was so easy to work with and the condo was in perfect shape for our arrival. It was just what we needed...and more. The views were spectacular and we felt so lucky to have found this gem. Hope to be back again next year!

This is our second time visiting this condo and we had a great time. The sunset views are amazing and you are steps from the water. It’s quiet and the unit has everything needed for a wonderful stay in Montauk. I hope we can return soon!

We loved our stay. Gorgeous condo and stunning location. The owner was extremely responsive, and the property management folks were amazingly friendly and accommodating. The condo is so modern and beautiful. You can’t beat the view of the beach and the beautiful flag flying docks from the deck, as well as the local restaurants. So lucky to have found this spot and hope to stay again 💜💜💜

The location of the unit was perfect to watch the amazing sunsets. The unit was beautiful, tastefully done, well appointed and with all the conveniences. I would definitely rent this unit again. Sofie was fabulous answering all of my questions. Just wish the weather would have been better.

This place is just and it is pictured. It is a short drive to town. It was a little cool out when we were here but having views was a huge plus! We could sit inside but still have a gorgeous view whether we were just hanging out on the couch or cooking dinner. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals on site and enjoy the comfort of our own place. We went with our 11 month old, the place was baby friendly and the small extra room was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!

Visited for a long weekend in the off season -- the condo is beautiful, safe, and convenient with gorgeous views of the water and the sunset. Sofia (owner) was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed at Sofia and Dan’s for a short get away over New Years. The property itself is super clean, very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. It looks just like the photos! The view is exceptional and the development that it’s in has a great little pier and boardwalk with a beach. We absolutely loved staying here. It was winter so there was hardly anyone around, which is exactly what we were looking for. I’m sure it’s really great in the summer months as well, as the property has lots of amenities that were closed for the season. Sofia was great to work with, very responsive and the condo had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

We spent a few days in early October at this perfectly comfortable condo on the bay. It was a great place to relax and also close to everything.

Great place to stay in the heart of Montauk next to train, walking distance from the Surf Lodge. You can walk to Navy Beach from the Condo. Sofia is on top of everything & will respond right away. She doesn’t miss a detail!!

The host was wonderful! The condo exceeded our expectations. It was newly renovated, exceptionally clean, and well-stocked. I was delighted to have the shaker to make fmargaritas too! Highly-recommend this place without hesitation. We look forward to returning!

My wife and I just stayed at Sofia’s condo. The process was simple and Sofia was very responsive. The place was clean, modern and in the best part of the complex. The sunset views from the huge balcony were amazing. It’s essentially a wall of windows with direct water views from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was well equipped and all the furniture (including outdoor) was new, comfortable and clean. The complex is centrally located close to town, restaurants, and of course the many beaches. If you like to fish you can do so right from the pier. We caught and ate our catch! There’s a pool, but we just swam in the bay and went to the beach. Great for paddle boarding. Honestly, we were unhappy to leave this place. Will definitely consider again.
