Das Personal war extrem nett, zuvorkommend und bemüht. Wir konnten sogar mitten in der Nacht einchecken und sie standen uns jederzeit mit Hilfe und Empfehlungen zur Verfügung. Sehr großzügige Gastfreundschaft.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem hört man keinen Lärm von der Straße. Wir haben dennoch mit Ohrstöpseln geschlafen, da sich andere Gäste häufig laut im Hof unterhalten.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist trotz kleiner Mängel (Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, alles etwas fleckig) unschlagbar.
Die Betten und Kopfkissen sind sehr unbequem.
Einiges ist etwas fleckig und man findet ein paar Haare oder kleinen Müll hier und da, zu dem Preis aber sicher nicht so schlimm.

This was truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The hôtel Wissam staff were fantastic very friendly and happy to help out with any request we had. We were made to feel so welcome, like family, and would definitely stay here again. Khalid and moubarak were fantastic. The hotel was extremely clean.

Ce Riad Wissam est à la fois très bien placé (moins de 1mn à pied de la place Jemaa El Fna) absolument authentique et néanmoins très calme et reposant. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant (mobarik ,Khalid ,mayssa) et vous assure un séjour très agréable en répondant à tous vos désirs .très propre , chambre spacieuse,À recommander pour un séjour de découverte de Marrakech

La salle de bain n’était pas dutout propre … Les draps de douche avaient quelques taches.
L’hôtel étant dans la médina, il est important de prévoir des bouchons d’oreille pour la nuit.

Le cadre typique marocain, sa simplicité, son emplacement, le personnel souriant agréable et serviable.
Chambre très jolie, matelas très confortable, possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner copieux.
Son emplacement idéal dans la médina et proche de la place el jamaa el fna.
Rien à redire par rapport au tarif payé.

El riad es precioso y muy acogedor. Está en una ubicación inmejorable, al lado de la plaza djemaa el fna pero con un silencio increíble. La recepción y atención por parte de Khalid fue muy atenta e hicimos buena amistad (Forever, hi from the sis). Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Marrakech.

Un très beau Ryad très bien placé près de la place Jamaa el fna . Jolie décoration. Chambre spacieuse. Clim réversible très appréciée . Joli toit en terrasse . Eau bien chaude dans la douche
Salle de bains vraiment pas au top. Robinetterie qui fuit . Propreté laisse un peu à désirer. Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre pendant nos 3 nuits passées. Accueil pas vraiment chaleureux. Les matelas sont très durs car c’est des matelas de sedaris. Moi ça m’a pas dérangé mais attention si quelque à mal au dos. Linge de lit en mauvais état. Et c’est assez bruyant ( mais comme partout dans la médina )

La bâtisse est très belle, le toit terrasse très agréable, les chambres très correctes, le personnel aux petits soins .Idéalement placé, a quelques minutes de la place Jemaa el Fna, dans la médina, établissement calme et beau.

We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t get in until the middle of the night due to a flight delay, but it was no problem. The staff are amazing and the location is perfect if you like the square. We would definitely stay here again☺️
The bathroom had a very strong odor, and there was basically zero noise insulation. Also, the Wi-Fi is very poor, so I suggest getting a SIM card and some data to tether if you need a good connection. Nevertheless, it’s not a deal-breaker and it’s a great value for the money.

The receptionists Mobarak and Abdul were fantastic and gave us great recommendations!
The hotel also has a great location being so close to the Jemaa El-Fna square and the medina. Overall a great experience for the price.

Hotel Wissam is a gem of a hotel, in a brilliant location just off Jemaa el Fna, perfect if you’re like me and can’t get enough of the square at night. We were two women travellers who felt safe and happy at Wissam, and the staff were all lovely. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Marrakesh.

Amazing place with a nice yard. It's right in the middle of the medina , Jema El Fna is like 5 minutes away

The location was really good. We could reach the square within 5 mins. Of course, the staff was very helpful, especially Abdelouahd and Mobarak were friendly to talk and ask anything. I would definitely stay there if I visit next time.

The location is impeccable. The staff were extremely helpful.
The staff stay in the property but their girlfriends are a nuisance as these girls occupy sections for the guests. These girls are also makes the whole
place dirty. The beds are hard and the water pressure for the shower are very weak. They need to improve the lighting in the toilet.

Staff didnt care about the hotel guests. Nothing was organized, they didnt even know that we were coming. No warm water, room very modest for the money.

The Riad was ok.. but over all its services.. guys this Riad is almost all handled by Youssef, a young guy who.. he is the top!! Absolutely helpful, super kind, expert, you can't imagine how he can be friendly! I travel a lot but he is the "extra speed" of this Riad!! Riad's volte: 8 Riad with Youssef's vote: 10+
