アクセスの良さ、清潔な部屋、朝食付き、フロントスタッフのほとんどの方が日本語を喋れる。

長期滞在だったので部屋にも電子レンジがあったら最高。

朝食がついていた。 受付で日本語が通じたのでよかった。

バスタブがあり、ベットメイキングもよく、毎日タオルを取り替えてくださったこと。水も毎日1人一本下さりありがたかったです。 フロントの方も親切でした。何より日本語で対応してもらえて助かりました。 春〜秋は値段の安めなゲストハウスに宿泊することが多いですが、冬のソウルは寒いのでホテルに泊まることが多いです。そんな中でもバスタブや暖房が整ってることは大変安心します。駅から近いのも便利ですね。初めての江南を大変楽しめました。

帰国時に空港バスの乗り方を聞き、地図も頂けたのですが、初心者には分かりづらい場所にバス停がありました。もう少し丁寧に教えて頂けるとよかったです。

今回は4泊(7泊取りたかったが空いてなかった)早めの予約必須です。カードキーを２枚渡されて、部屋の入口に刺すと部屋の電気が点きます。先払いなのでチェックアウトはそのカードキーを返すだけです。 【トイレ】韓国はほとんど(詰まるから)トイレの紙を便器に流すことができず設置されてるゴミ箱へ捨てるのですが、このホテルのトイレは流すことができます。それが嬉しい。 【浴室】シャワー水圧も良いです。天井のシャワーもあり。浴槽付き。洗濯物干すリールもあり。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープは備え付けのボタン式機械に入ってます。 【部屋】ツインルームでしたが、机側のベッドにはスマホ置き場やライトあり。もう一方のベッドにはコンセントもライトもスマホ置き場もありません。コンセントは机の上と浴室近くの壁の下の方にあり。 ペットボトル500ミリの水を毎日人数分部屋に置いてくれます。シーツ交換は４日に1度。ベッドは毎日整えてくれます。マイナス14度でしたので部屋はエアコンで暖かくできますが窓の近くはカーテンを閉めないと冷気を感じます。 洗面所には人数分コップあり。机の上にも人数分の飲み物用の大きめの陶器の持ち手付きコップあり。 【設備】Wi-Fiあり。アメニティ、浴衣、コーヒー、お茶はロビー近くエレベーター前にあるので持ってお部屋にあがります。スリッパは不織布のやつで毎日取り替えてくれる。コインランドリー、電子レンジ、プリンターもロビー近くにあり(フロント近くにもトイレあり) 【朝食】B1の朝食バイキング。時間は7:00〜9:30。ある日の例は、パン２種、ご飯、ミニ具ありクリームスープ、味噌汁、おかず３種ほど、バナナ、カボチャサラダ、ポテトサラダ、シリアルが3種、カットフルーツサラダ、ケチャップマカロニ、韓国海苔、キムチ。コーヒー、お茶。食べ終わったら自分で片付け場所に置きます。(同じ階にトイレあり) 【交通】空港へのリムジンバス乗り場が目の前にあり。地下鉄江南駅への5番出口まで6分くらいです。江南駅構内にはwowpass機械もあり、スタバあり、たくさんの洋服店や食べ物屋あり、エアコン効いた休憩室(掃除のために10時に部屋を出る必要があるので、その日の予定決めたりここでしました)もあります。 【安心】ゲストハウスと比べると少し高いですがフロントも皆さん日本語話せますし部屋の作りも日本の東横インと同じなので日本にいるような安心感があります。

机の下隅っこにゴミや埃が少し残っていた

日本語対応可能であり困ることがなかったです。 駅もすごく近く、コンビニもお店もすぐに行けるので便利です。 朝ごはんも毎日温かい物が食べられて美味しかったです。メニューも少しずつ違います。 清掃も丁寧にして頂きました。

シャワーの水圧だけは少し弱かったですがそれぐらいです。

Clean beds and toilet with good flushing system. Wonderful breakfast buffet!

The toilet may not be big enough for big size people. But for average size people, the toilet space is generally fine.

Comfortable and spacious room, helpful staff. Located close to Gangnam subway station. Only stayed one night and didn't get to try the breakfast.

Check-in is late, room available only from 4 pm.

Great location, very near all public transportation, restaurants, great breakfast. The staff at the front desk and room attendants were very professional and friendly.

シャワーキャップは置いてほしい。朝食会場が混みすぎて落ちつかなかった。

Location, main bus routes, even bus to airport; near Gangnam train station. Breakfast is very good, like home meal/mother cooking. Room gets clean everyday.

Room small, old and old style with carpet. There is no wardrobe, and only 3 hangers given. Wish to have washing machine for few floors.

The room was really comfy and good for a 3 star hotel, the staff was really helpful and nice. Also, the hotel was really close to Gangnam Metro Station and had a lot of bus stations nearby, which made it easy to get around Seoul. Given the excellent facilities and service, this hotel should definetly be a 4 star hotel rather than a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast didn't have many options for western tourists.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

I recommend more selections for international breakfast products

It was a bed for the night, that’s all.

Breakfast was a bit bland. Left an important medical item in room worth 700,000 Korean won which staff couldn’t find after I left the hotel. I find that suspicious. Also found hair in bathroom that wasn’t mine (I’m not a straight and black haired Asian obviously) which wasn’t very nice to see after a long day travelling from Japan.

Tiny but clean. I wasn’t sure about the bathroom, on photos it looked strangely yellow, but it appeared to be good and clean, its just the color of the plastic itself. WiFi was very good, 200+ Mbps. Funny enough this hotel with visually tiny windows had almost the biggest ones among half a dozen hotels I've stayed in Seoul on my trip, even though other hotels were sometimes three times more expensive. Location is perfect of course. The oldest bunsik in Gangnam appeared to be within walking distance. Look it up on Youtube, you will not regret. I will consider staying in Toyoko hotel chain from now on, bought a membership :-) The worst part was a pillow, it felt like it was stuffed with some grains. Breakfast was as bad as you would expect from free breakfast in a cheap hotel, but if you need to eat something, you will not get sick.

Pillow was horrible. It was firm as hell and felt like it was stuffed with some rubber grains warped in a plastic bag on with they put a pillowcase. And there was only one pillow. Elevators are a pain. If you live on a high floor, it can take ages to go down in the morning. Note that check-in starts at 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00.

This hotel is clean and cozy, and the location is really convenient for tourists!

Good location, near to Gangnam Metro. Room is clean and quiet. Good sound insulation despite major road right in front of the hotel. Good value for money.

The operation of the lift is not efficient with each lift shaft operated individually. This resulted in inefficiencies when a slower lift keeps stopping at each level despite the guest had already taken another lift down. The capacity of lifts not able to support the number of hotel guests, especially during peak hours. Waited up to 10 mins to get down to the ground floor. Breakfast options are also limited and not necessarily very nice tasting.

Good location, comfy room, delicious breakfast. Short walking distance from the sub station.

-WiFi was very slow for entire stay of 30 nights and wasn’t resolved even by the time I was leaving-all they did was put notice of WiFi issue on the board. -Slow elevators and long wait due to traffic

everything about this property was Amazing even down to the breakfasts couldn’t fault it!! I will be using this again when I come back South Korea

late at night there was a humming noise that got louder so woke me up.

There is an universal policy for breakfast for every Toyoko Inn worldwide, which prevents guests from taking out food out of dining area except for coffee. However the staff in the kitchenl even did not allow guests to take away coffee. I did not want to enjoy coffee in the dining area with smell of spicy korean food so I had to give up on it.
