My family consisting of myself, adult son, grandson and partner with 8 month old baby and a teenage grandson went to Taos for skiing for the boys and to meet up with a sister-in-law and her family of 6 from NH, CO & HI who we haven't seen for several years. Our house was the ideal place for my family. The house is updated and furnished beautifully with everything we could have needed. The downstairs media room was the perfect place for the boys gaming on the big screen TV and the comfortable upstairs master bedroom and bath was the perfect retreat for me when the noise got too loud. We comfortably entertained our extended family one evening in the spacious, well equipped kitchen/dining area and living area. The kitchen and bathrooms were generously provided with everything we could have needed. This house is so cozy and comfortable and Kelly was the perfect host working with us on our arrival and departure schedules. I would highly recommend this house for a long or short visit in Taos.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a well thought out residence which reflects the care and planning of the host. The property is clean, maintained to high standards and well stocked. There were six of us. The floorplan allowed for privacy as well places for all six of us to be together. The host is helpful and responsive. We have been to Taos several times over the last few years and this was the best property so far.

We loved this comfy, very well provisioned home in Taos. It was one of the best we have booked in the home-stay market. It was close to the plaza, grocery stores and Big 5 (we needed extra gear for our rafting trip). I especially liked the basin in the master bath - built on an old sewing machine base! We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will recommend it to friends and relatives visiting the area - and we will reserve it when we visit in the future.

The home was perfect for us. It was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. It’s location was an easy walk to the Plaza. We were here for skiing so did not get to enjoy the back patio because of cold, but would love to come back during the summer!

From the central location of this home to the small touches throughout, this is a top of the list option for anyone! The home is warm and inviting and nicely appointed with all of the things you might need. Anytime we can think of a reason to stay in Taos, this will be our first choice!!!

My friends and I rented the 320 Montoya property as a gathering for a retirement celebration. The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, and the spacious, well supplied kitchen helped make the trip a relaxing good time. Great location with being close to town. Appreciated such a cozy, comfy place.

Three couples stayed for five days. The kitchen was great! Very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots &pans, appliances, etc. the living room has comfy furniture and the beds are great. One bathroom is upstairs with the master and the other one is sort of in the kitchen which was a little odd, but we all got used to it. We would stay there again.

This home was spectacular, and our stay was perfect in every way! We are so lucky to have stayed here and look forward to doing so again one day soon. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This property is an easy walk to the plaza on a relatively quiet street. It was super clean and spacious. The property owner was very nice and quick to communicate. We would absolutely stay here again.

The only problem was Taos was too hot for their normal temperature. No air conditioning so house did get warm by evening. We put fans provided in window so that helped by morning. The upstairs main bedroom was extremely warm. Over all property was wonderful. My husband said this home was more for women then men, but it was cutely decorated and we enjoyed the 2 days we stayed.

We couldn't be happier with our stay here. The owner communicated very well and the check-in process was smooth. The house had enough room inside and out for family either to spend time together or to go off to a private spot. The house is charming! It's decor truly makes you feel a part of the Taos culture. It was well equipped and the beds were comfy. It was very clean, and had great games and local suggestions. Highly recommend!

There are two large bedrooms down, and one large bedroom upstairs. The home is in a great location with plenty of parking and a short walk to the Plaza. The neighborhood is very quiet during both the daytime and nighttime hours. . I traveled with my aunt who is older and she really appreciated the large walk-in shower and the ease of getting into the home without steps. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to everyone.

This lovely home was home base for our family ski trip to Taos. It was just perfect! A short walk to Taos and 30 minutes to Taos Mountain. The house had everything we needed and Kelly was a wonderful host, responsive to all questions and even helped us locate some xc ski areas nearby. Recommend this home without reservation!

Property owner was very attentive and caring with excellent communication. We had all the comforts of home and enjoyed our 4 days. We cooked, played games and watched movies every night with popcorn. Beds were super comfortable and house is so inviting and adorable, updated and has everything you need and more!
