Everything was available in the small studio to have a nice stay : microwave, towels, terace... Jay was very friendly, ready to provide advices to visit London. Such a lovely garden !

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Lovely quiet area to stay at and very close to the tube station. Added bonus of being able to sit in the garden

The property was just what me and my friend needed while we was in London for a few days! It’s the perfect size, the beds were comfy and everything was spotless when we arrived! It’s within a 5 minute walk to an underground station, as well as other shops and restaurants in the area. The location is amazing!

As a converted garage it was rather narrow and the two single couch like beds had foam mattresses, not that comfortable for relaxing, the TV was difficult to operate. Attempts to contact owners were abortive, the advertised number rang out and an email was unanswered. Although tea and coffee was provided, there was no milk, maybe an oversight.

The place was amazing! The room was spick-and-span. Everything I needed was there! The location was very close to the Park Loyal station, which was convenient. The room smelled nice with a hot shower and exquisite lighting.

Nothing. I cannot complain anything about this property. If anything, the WiFi connection was spotty and unreliable.

I dont think you can find a better deal in London for the price .. Location is a little out of the centre, but still close to the Underground, so its not such a big deal. The place is a little small, but cozy and there is pretty much everything you would need for a short term stay. Neighborhood is calm.

I've been 3 months in this studio and I felt totally at home! Jay and his mother Su are super sweet and available for everything you need. The studio is super comfortable and close to the Piccadilly tube station of park royal. Very close to a market, restaurants, off license. The place is very quiet and safe. Thank you again Su! It was cheap and available.

- The advert is misleading. - This is a poorley converted garage. - The conversion has been done on a budget and not by a professional. There is no way this has been signed off by a building inspector for the purpose it is being used. - On a hot day it is like a green house with the roofing over the kitchen made of clear plastic. - There are no windows that open. - The electric wiring is questionable specifically with the use of extention cables. - It doesn't feel very secure.

Jay (the host) is really nice eventhough i didnt meet him in person. Location is perfeeeccctt! To london centre and wembley stadium 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Very nice area, park royal station is around 30 mins by London tube from central London through Piccadilly line. The facilities are just want you might need for a short stay. The backside garden is a bonus!

It was just what I needed in terms of a place to myself for 4 nights, while attending different functions in Central London. This converted shed had everything I needed for a pleasant and quiet stay. Park Royal underground station is right nearby.

Getting to Central London takes quite a long time - about 40 minutes, or 15-20 stops on the underground.

The studio is very comfortable very well equipped and is close to supermarkets and underground station

The stuio is around 30 minutes away from central London...not catastrophic but it does take time

Had everything we need to cook. well equipped Kitchen. wonderful host. Jay is welcoming and communication was excellent. Tv with Netflix makes our stay enjoyable. Nice balcony at the back. will definitely stay there next time

It was quite dark in the room because there was no window. It would be better if there was brighter light. But it was really nice room.
