Bed was very hard.

We loved the facilities provided, also rooms are very neat and clean. Location was awesome, there are fruits garden around also beautiful flowers and peaceful environment. Food was also very tasty, homemade food also hygienic. Mr. Sandeep manager was very polite and co-operative he arranged very good cab driver who was very gentle. Everyone was polite including the Owner who was very gentle and helpful in nature. Everyone should visit this place.

Extremely homely atmosphere with gracious hosts in Mrs P K Sandhu andr S Sandhu. Super efficient staff in Sunny, Rajpal and wonder chef Nagma. Had gone there with my 86 year old father, and guess what: he didn't want to come back. The location is excellent with nice walks and short treks all around the place. The property has a wide variety of fruits , veggies and flowers growing in the complex. A must stay for bird lovers.

The host and the staff were super friendly and helpful and even treated us to the homegrown strawberries and other fruits.

One of the rooms was rather small but this is not really a complaint.

Everything was amazing. The location, hosts, helpers, freshly cooked home food, dining area. The sit out area plus garden was the highlight.

- spiders in the rooms - water bottle or jug should be provided to every room - shower gel to be filled up in the bathrooms - cleaning wasn’t done everyday, so maybe helpers could ask the guest, if cleaning was needed.

I liked the location and the staff. But they should increase items in their menu. The room size of two rooms is a bit small. But the size of third room is good.

The property is wonderfully located about 5 kms away from Chail. The owners are very nice people and they have adequate trained staff to look after guests. The food is simple but amazing, and the views from the property is excellent. Best time to visit will be Sep-Oct and perhaps March/April-June. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable homestay away from the hustle and bustle of city life. They have made secure arrangements for car parking as well. The rooms are clean, linen were first class, and large bathrooms with clean towels. I am sure to visit again.

There is nothing to not like in this warm and cosy home stay.

Rooms were below the main property, unlike shown in the picture. Owners are good but they stay at main property and rent out rooms below and at the back side.

The Place is ready excellent for the people above 50 to enjoy and relax to shed down worries. Place have a ample space to move around within the campus itself. The ROSEWOOD is owned and maintained by Ex-IPS Mr. MS Sandhu. The people with taste of pride can enjoy their comforts with a home like FOOD.

There is nothing available in area which can’t be liked. The staff have been well trained to cater the excellent services to their PRIME guests.
