Lovely place to have a little escape

This apartment has ticked all the boxes, also the property has everything you need. I am surprised that it has all the cooking spices, oil and all kitchen utensils too. It is very clean. The host has provided very clear instructions for check-in.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and had everything we needed.

We've spent few days exploring Mornington peninsula and stayed at Capel Breeze. Simone made our stay at her property very comfortable with smooth check-in process, easy and prompt communication and feeling home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent space for a small family to get away. Walking distance to shops and the beach, with off street parking. Very neat and tidy, and affordable.

We stayed for one night on our way through to Phillip Island. The apartment was lovely and close to a few restaurants which. Also not far to beach which would be great in summer. Would recommend.

The house was nice and clean comfortable beds easy access. Would definitely stay again. very small so not great for entertaining if that’s what you were going for. Neighbours are very close so if you wanted to have loud music probably not the best place to book. Overall perfect for what we wanted it for.

We had a wonderful time, the accommodation was clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The location is breathtaking and Simone was a wonderful host who ensured everything that everything ran smoothly.

Had a lovely stay in capel sound with my parents. Location is great, short walk across the road from the beach and close to restaurants and cafes (Rosebud plaza within 20 min walk). Few issues was the apartment had areas that require attention such as what looked like water damage to a wall in the main bedroom, scuffed floorboards, and general tired interior. The bunk bed is not stable and wobbles. Overall cleanliness for me was a major let down, the place has not been professionally cleaned in a long time. Dust on surfaces like the bedroom lamp, some crumbs were visible on the coffee table, mould build up inside the bathroom sink and in the shower. Balcony was very dirty too, clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. Other little things like the hair dryer not being left in the bathroom cupboard so we had to go hunting around to find it. Overall it was a pleasant stay but for the price I really would expect a higher level of cleanliness and more attention to detail.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at Capel Breeze. Perfectly located walking distance to beach, the little Milk-bar allowed quick access to groceries and the comfortable, neatly presented apartment with modern kitchen was a very pleasant stay. The secured car-parking facility also gave us peace of mind. Recommended to families, couples, travellers.

We absolutely loved everything about Capel Breeze. The Property Manager was so easy deal with, and the apartment was lovely and clean, and so close to everything we required for a fabulously relaxing stay.

Lovely stay

We loved our overnight stay.The bathroom might be a bit small for a family, but worked fine for the two of us. The communication about check-in and departure was clear and it was handy to have a car spot on the property for a busy part of the foreshore.

Property was in a fantastic location, beach across the road & shops/eateries on the doorstep. Apartment had adequate amenties & everything needed for a comfortable stay, however the the cleanliness was not to the standard of past reviews. The largest issue was the frequent random, noises/loud bangs coming from the roof every night. Simone was a lovely host who was easy to communicate with and happy to rectify any issues that may arise.

Our family's visit to Capel Breeze holiday house was fantastic. The house was spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony, especially in the mornings with our coffee—it had a great vibe. What made it even better was having an incredible ice cream shop right next door. We couldn't resist treating ourselves to their delicious ice cream, and it added a special touch to our stay. Overall, Capel Breeze holiday house provided a wonderful experience, and we're grateful for the cozy atmosphere and sweet memories we made there.

Great location near the beach & restaurants. Secure car parking under the building with internal access to the apartment. Everything we needed was here & we enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed one night and didn't cook there but it was comfortable and the kitchen seemed well equipped.
