Location was good and that’s about where it stops.

To start with, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept on in our lives. It was like sleeping on a rock and every morning we woke up sore. It was supposed to be a one bedroom, but there is no door to the bedroom, only a curtain, so no privacy at all and sound carried throughout apartment. The shower had mould everywhere, the bottom of the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting. the shower curtain rail was not secure and came down on us one time. The kettle was not usable for my baby’s bottles as it was full of calcium build up, needs to be replaced. The loft must also not be legal at all in that the stairs up to it were so steep and there was a giant gap under the railings that a child could fall through so we could not let our toddler up there. Was only given one roll of toilet paper for multiple nights so had to go and buy our own. It was very noisy if anyone came through the front door of the complex and we were woken up several times during the night from roudy drunk people going up to their apartments. Never in any of my stays anywhere in Europe have I had so many issues.
