The property has everything a family needs to spend some days of relaxation at the beach.

I don't have any complaints about the property. it has every angle covered.

The size and the location. At first we weren't crazy about the location but it was quiet and it was good for our kids.

The location it was a little too far away from the busy beach area. First, the doors are difficult to open.And what I mean by that is that the front door, one of the bedroom doors, and a bathroom door, the handles wouldn't open, and we got stuck in one of the rooms. My son went to dry his hands, and the towel rack came off the wall. In the back bathroom, we could not use the shower because the piece to make the shower work was broken off. They did fix it, though. The bunk beds were the most uncomfortable thing that I've ever slept in my life, also the sofa sleeper.I don't think I slept more than an hour at a time. It was difficult to get the TV on and then for it to stay on.Then we got it back on, and the sound was out for 2 days when someone finally came out.It was a simple fix. I did the exact same thing before the repair person came in, and it did not work for me, and it reset itself. No sound on tv for 2 days with kids was not fun. The picture's definitely looked dated.The barbecue pit when we got there looked old, rusted, and disgusting, but the photo looked like it was brand new. A frying PAN that we use before.I saw a different white PAN was all scratched up.Just the overall utensils and dishes.It looks like it was a pot block of what people brought on what people left very disappointed. Every time I messaged, everyone was very pleasant and kept apologizing. Well, apologizing doesn't work for us. All of the money that we spent for that place, we were disappointed. Rude staff not willing to fix issues

location to the sea

stairs leading up to the flat are steep and thin. I wear a size 11 shoe, i had to walk sideways up and down the stairs. Not easy to do when you are carrying a young child and luggage. Air conditioner stopped working for about a half a day. House got to 82 degrees inside while we slept. Ironically it kicked on in the morning when we were about to leave. Crumbs in the kids closet and under the bunkbeds was surprising.

The supply of kitchen utensils was fantastic! Washer and Dryer, AC all worked great. Loved the patio/decks and a great place for playing basketball. The host provided a gas tank for the gas grill as soon as we informed them there was no gas.

The bunk beds need better mattresses. The queen sheets would not stay on the mattresses through the night. The light was a little dim for accessing the key box. Perhaps another light for guest arriving after dark? Light was dim under parking, some bulbs were out. We cleaned the gas grill since it was full of burned charcoal.

Overall, the house is beautiful and cozy. My dislikes are only to help make others' experiences even better. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The pillows were flat, and it was hard to get comfortable. Would've been nice to have an extra blanket. I got chilled one night and took a blanket off one of the beds. There wasn't any dish soap, so I just rinsed and put in dishwasher. On the 2nd day, i couldn't get the master bath showerto work. .

Liked that it was close to the beach. The place has plenty parking.

The pool closes at 7 like what in the world on a vacation! The pet situation is out of line 2 25 pound pets but what about normal dogs not miniature animals!!

We loved the house and location because it wasn't crowded. The pool was super clean, and the house was super clean.

The pool closes at 7:30 and water pressure in the showers was really low.
