This was the perfect little stay for two nights for us on our travels, we wish we had longer. Private use of spa, bbq and little deck area it was great. The bed was so comfy and the pillows exceptional. It was clean and modern and the hosts Ian and Helen were fabulous. It was stunning just admiring their beautiful garden. Recommending this to everyone we know.
I’m not sure if available but a washer and dryer would be good to compete laundry during stay.

Beautifully designed and furnished, all the little details thought of. Like a holiday within a holiday! The spa was perfect and the garden lovely. Even though the main house is located just over the garden, we felt we had complete privacy and comfort.

Thanks Ian and his partner to share such a piece of paradise with us! The place really exceeded my expectation. Every detail of the room is thoughtfully designed and equipped. It’s exactly the luxury standard in pure term. Beautiful yard, room and bathroom.
A heating panel in the bedroom would be nice for those who don’t like using electric blanket maybe?

A friendly welcome and easy check in and check out. The villa was really nice and cosy - it had everything we needed. The spa was fantastic!

The Retreat was spacious and beautifully furnished. A very comfortable bed, with good quality linen and towels. Lovely welcoming touches like a bottle of sparkling wine and biscuits.
Our host was very welcoming and helpful, giving us information on activities, local restaurants and cafes.
The location was quiet and convenient, just out of the main part of town.

Such a beautifully decorated villa with modern luxury finishes and amenities- better than staying in a 5 star hotel. Great location and the gardens surrounding the villa are stunning. Even though the villa is near the main house, we had all the privacy we needed. Thank you Ian for a beautiful stay.

A beautiful spot! We loved the privacy and comfort of the place, and really enjoyed the spa.

The cottage was pristine and private. No problem at all that the house was 20 metres or so away. In particular there was a privacy screen for the outdoor spa pool. Everything in the cottage felt brand new.
The spot isn't sunny, although the surroundings are beautiful.
