House is a great space to hang out and relax. All the rooms have comfortable beds and heating. Great location near the center of town.

Excellent, spacious, clean and well appointed! Great view of the lake and volcanoes, close (5 minute drive) to shops and restaurants. There was a Jacuzzi, which we did not use, as we were travelling for work. The heaters warmed the place up pretty fast and made it nice and cozy. There are four bedrooms - we used only three, so there would be space for more people. Owners are very helpful and respond fast.

We had a great stay! Beautiful house. Comfy beds, great hot tub and nice back yard ! Lovely open concept kitchen which was great.
We will definitely come back!
We found the bedrooms a bit cold even with the heater on but this didn’t affect our stay !
Also two windows upstairs have a gap even when closed the cold air comes in a bit.
Overall an excellent stay!

The weather was very wet and the stairs down to the front of the garage were slippery so a handrail on the left going down to the garage would have been reassuring.

this house is spectacular.. huge amount of space, décor sophisticated, comfy lounge, coffee machine, dishwasher… spa, table tennis… everything plus a view

proximity to Craters of the moon mountain bike park. we biked every day. loved also that we could walk into town.
Great view of the lake and sunsets. lovely quiet neighbourhood.
layout of the house was great with all the living at one end and the bedrooms at the other end. games room a huge hit with the teenagers.
Mattress in master bedroom needs replacing. No support in the middle causing roll together.
It would be nice to have access to a couple of sun loungers in the back garden. We spent a couple of afternoons in the back yard and lay on towels on the grass. Not a necessity but nice to have.

The house overall
The spa cover was broken in pieces, stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Some of the items in the kicthen were missing.

location. size and all the facilities. it was perfect.
nothing. just wanted to say that the towel rail in the bathroom came loose. we didn’t have a screw driver to fix it.

Home and location was perfect! We loved the view of the Lake from the lounge and kitchen - so peaceful, relaxing and just beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the home was presented really well, clean and fresh with everything we needed for a fabulous stay. Highly recommend The Lakehouse. We can't wait to be back again soon!

The house is awesome, so comfortable and modern and the view of the lake was great!
We would have liked to be able to go in the spa but weren’t allowed after 9pm. We thought this was quite early and 10pm would have been better.
