Very friendly staff

The bathrooms could be cleaner but with so many people using it, it‘s understandable.

Pods were comfortable. Breakfast provided.

Angry women traveler who was kicking others belonging and making whole environment uncomfortable. My niece who was 19 was scared. No staff around from 9 pm to 9 am so it did not feel secure. No overnight parking available in the area. It was a nightmare driving around for 45 minutes trying to find a spot where rental car would not be towed.

Person in the bunk above me was masturbating. No one working at night to call or help resolve the disturbing situation. I had to work a few hours after the incident, so I was unable to talk to morning staff. Management never returned my calls. Another lodger told me the man masturbating in our COED room was refunded.

I really loved this place! it’s so quiet and beautiful, you feel that you are living in a community of good people. I’m gonna get back!

the staff were friendly

the staff used all the common areas and I couldn’t have my breakfast, noisy beds, it was saying the its will be for people in the same room than we ended up with 4 other people, the room was smelly , broken really old bathrooms

Good location, very hospitable environment, plenty of bathrooms and showers,close to train , busses and rental bikes, quiet room

breakfast included in the price, and we could even eat from 8am instead of 9. They cleaned a little every day in the showers.

Creaky beds, whenever someone moved I woke up to the loud sounds. I guess the staff lives there, and they came back after a halloween party really loudly at 3 in the morning. I hate it when I cannot sleep. During the weekend, the showers and toilets seemed to not be enough for the people living there.

Can't do nothing but smile once you get up the stairs everything just stands out from the decorations to the staff there you'll enjoy your stay

Love the style & the decorating, great modern upbeat & positive decor, staff was very helpful & cordial. Also great location at that price point!

The main thing was cleanliness. For sure the rooms and facilities are organized and “tidy”, but not thoroughly clean. Things like greasy residue on some walls in the bathroom, accumulation of dust in the corners behind beds and on the fan, sheets that may still contain a stain from a previous tenet, or dark marks on the doors where shoes have touched or maybe where hands have been around the door handle. Having a detailer come through and do a thorough deep cleaning of the walls and base boards and then diligent cleaning of the bathroom will bring the whole thing together b/c the idea is fabulous!

Very cozy vibe, and good starting point for LA exploration. Felt like home for a few days.

It is not super spatious and the kitchen amenities could have been better such as more cutlery and larger fridge/storage for food.
