the house is good for 2 visitors, but for 3 is small and not that comfortable

Exceptional! Very charming. Absolute calm in a green setting with a magnificent sea view from the studio and its beautiful shaded terrace. Friendly owner. Very well maintained. Cleaning done regularly. We plan to go back there as soon as possible.

Words can not describe how wonderful is the view from the terrace. The apartment is compact but it has eveything you need and perfect for a couple. Location could not be better: the long and deserted (in August!) Paleopolis beach at walking distance, the cosy bar and restaurants of Avlamonas a short drive away. Villa Venus is the perfect spot to explore the incredible island of Kythira. We WILL be back.

Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with beautiful views. Clean inside, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Good location near the charming village of Avlemonas. Andreas was great and helpful.

There is advertised "Air Conditioning", however there is an aged, very small wall unit in the living room only. It barely worked and the bedrooms were extremely hot making it very uncomfortable to sleep. We would leave the A/C on the try and get it to cool throughout the day and everyday the maid would enter right after we left (she lives below the villa) and turn off the A/C and open all the windows and we would come home to 90+ degrees inside the villa again. That was super frustrating. The beds were also horrible...rock hard. It was literally like sleeping on the cement floor. We were all in pain the whole time because of the hard bed situation.
