Everything went perfect throughout our 4 day stay. The closeness to the beach was perfect and was not as busy as other areas in Seaside. We would definitely book this same house for another vacation.

Loved almost everything. The kitchen is a bit small but everything else was great. Oh, one more thing, if they had better instructions on how the tv works that would be great.

Great location. Perfect for fireworks viewing.

Overall good. Dining table and chairs are uncomfortable and weird, but overall the place was great.

Over the yrs weve stayed in several different rentals in the Seaside area but this house was by far the nicest place to date. Nice/quite neighborhood, everything was just like it was supposed to be and you can defintly tell there is some pride in the ownership of this place. Overall it was another great time and if we're back in the area again this would be the place to stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The loft was perfect for our teens and the big table was great for lots of card games. The location made for easy access to beach walks in between rain storms and quick trips into seaside and cannon beach. Delightful spot!

Great location; great house; highly recommend

Everything was great about our stay. Only one slight issue: there were a couple of what looked to be fresh pet stains; this is somewhat expected since we were looking for a pet friendly rental.

After renting in seaside as a native Oregonian for many years, this is the best house hands down. We will only stay here from now on!

House was not cleaned in time two hour wait with no notification. Need to mention that kitchen is a bit small. No propane for BBQ. And need to mention no parking except in small drive way. We all have f150 trucks and it was a issue parking. It said room for 3 cars. need to be small cars.

We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room to sleep the six of us. Two married couples and a couple teenage boys. The two bathrooms were both very nice. The kitchen was small, but was well stocked and had nice appliances. Big enough to cook for the family. Enjoyed the outside eating area that looked out at the trees and golf course. We left one car parked in the garage during our stay and drove the other. Short walk to beach, road in front of house is not busy at all. Would stay here again.

Very well appointed and located home. Warmth and thoughtfulness in every part of the house. The beach, golf course and hiking right at our fingertips.

Can’t beat the location of this house! We loved seeing the ocean from the front and spending lots of time on the back deck watching the golfers. The house was nice- plenty of places to sit and relax. We enjoyed reading about the history of the family who owns it. My grandma was friends with June and my mom remembers many great meals at the Crab Broiler.

Very nice place for my family of 5. Tight across the street from the beach. I appreciated the beach toys and beach chairs that were available.

We loved this place. The beach was across the street so easy access to Long Beach walks. The place was clean and comfortable. everyone had their own space but also plenty of room for our whole group to gather. We loved the history that the owner shared about this home that was built a century ago. We also had the extra bonus of being able to watch two eagles who regularly perched in a tree off the back patio.

The ocean views and sunset views are amazing. The home is is surrounded by pretty gardens and has a great deck and lovely mountain views in the back. Beach access just a few feet away right across the street. The beautifully decorated cottage has plenty of room for 6 adults, a baby and the family dog. I would definitely love to book this property again in the future. The host paid every attention to detail and making it feel as though you were walking into your own home.

We loved it. Easy access to the beach. Nice deck in back for hanging out. Would visit again.

Charming, comfortable cottage. Beautifully decorated and wonderful fireplace when a Pacific storm blows in. Kitchen very small but sufficient. House was very clean and had all the amenities. We had a wonderful time.

House was great, location even better. My family is already booking another stay here for later in the year. AWESOME!

Great stay with room to spread out and relax watch the waves

Sandwiched between the ocean and a golf course you can enjoy the view from front and back. Cute, quirky, cozy home. We all feel in love with this place.

House is right across the street from the beach and walkable to downtown. House was very clean. Had a wonderful weekend and already planning our next visit in the summer!

When we arrived, the owner had brought in extra heaters to make sure we stayed warm. We were not expecting snow and thought maybe our trip was ruined. Thank goodness that was not the case. You can see the ocean from the house and walk to the beach. Behind the house had beautiful views as well. The hang out room/living room was quite large. Everywhere we wanted to visit was close by...canyon beach, Tillamook Factory, Oregon Film Museum, Peter Iredale shipwreck, the seaside museum, and the seaside promenade. Everywhere we visited had great customer service as well. People in Oregon just seem to be naturally happy. My sisters and I definitely want to go again this summer.

Had a terrific long weekend stay here. The house is spacious and well equipped, and the location is terrific with proximity to some great hikes abd restaurants. Also, you can’t get closer to the beach!

It was so hard to say goodbye to this sweet beach house! Hard to beat the location & views. Private, clean, comfortable & everything we were looking for. Super happy when we arrived & super sad when we had to leave!

Really comfy home looking at the ocean, walking straight onto the beach! Deck with a nice bar-b-que and comfortable furniture. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had everything you need. A real fireplace added to our October weather stay. Roomy enough for 6+ people to spread out and not stumble on each other. When we come back, our friends will come with us. Great place, well worth it, Totally impressed!
