Recién reformado, todo muy nuevo.. Bien ubicado. Llaves en el móvil, todo muy sencillo
Edificio muy viejo. Telas de araña en el techo del baño. Una cucaracha en el ascensor del edificio (ver foto). Es un piso dividido en 3 apartamentos. Tiene como un patio lleno de sacos de ropa sucia apoyados sobre las ventanas del apartamento... (Ver foto) Y como le dé a los vecinos por salir ahí, olvidate de cualquier tipo de descanso o intimidad (se vería todo). Había otra cucaracha en la entrada del piso al lado de un guante (ver foto)

El portal y el ascensor tenían unas condiciones pésimas. El tostador, estaba estropeado...

Perfect spot for a few days, the balcony was lovely and it was really clean. I enjoyed my stay.
A few small touches would help improve the experience further, such as adding an iron into the room, and replacing the chipped plates.

Great location and great place. The AC was lifesaver, the bed was very comfortable. It is more spacious than it looks.
The sofa was stained, but that's a small detail.

Everything was just perfect. The location is really good. The apartment is clean and tidy, comfortable and well furnished. They have a super modern check-in / check-out system, with virtual keys, making check-in / -out seamless.

Location was great. Cafes closeby and within walking distance to all the major sites. Bus station is a 10 minute walk.
Horrendous neighbours upstairs who kept dropping stuff or drilling throughout the night. We barely slept in the 6 days we spent there and just for that, wouldn't repeat our stay.

Location
We never met the staff encharged of the place. It needs more attention and taken care of. We had a problem with another guest smoking in the facilities. Since there was no kind of supervision from staff, they were not aware of the problem. We had to inform via whatsapp to the staff about this uncomfortable situation.

We heard some noise during Night, both days.
Even with the kitchen extractor the room keep food smell.

Clean, comfortable, well resourced, fantastic location - close to all of old city sites. Really great price, all round lovely stay and would love to repeat!
Small issue but took me quite a while to work out entry system - that you have to press and hold the electronic lock on your phone

I love the room, the balcony and the cleanliness.
The location is excellent.
And the telephone assistant was really kind and helpful.
The instructions to get the keys and to know which apartment was mine. Also, de UX of the buttons. That's something simple you can solve with a couple of lines of microcopy.
And it was extremely hard to find parking, until your telephone assistant helped me. It would be nice to add that info (the closest parking lots) on your description. And, better, if you have any sort of agreement.

Extremely complicated entry system - took 2 hours slipping through layers of technology problems. I'm in front of the aparyment, I paid let me in, not fill in ten millions online forms , internet going down , technical time problems , problems answer ilng fone. Way over engineered I'm here on vacation way too stressed

At first, we get in to main door, but than we had very wrong experience with old woman who probably lives in building where are apartments. She was yelling at us and requested us to leave the building. In this situation we couldn’t find an apartment, so we called the number from reservation and girl on the phone was really helpful and nice. She explained us how to get to apartment with codes :)

Excelent location and very comfortable
There were three apartments in a common area. The walls were a little thin and you could hear the other apartments.

Nice looking and very comfy place to stay, good communication with the staff, no issues
Windows go straight to the patio so theres no sunlight in the room and you wont see the street outside etc.
