Carlos the owner is a unique artist and so is this sprawling 4 bed 2 bath apartment just steps from the train station. Carlos is kind and generous and will ensure you have a really nice stain in Sintra.

It’s not the Ritz if you are into frills. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the stocked kitchen and baths, the location so close to train and grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, banks as well as bus into Historic Sintra.

The location of the property was great for us, because it is located a bit further from the historical centre of Sintra and so we could avoid the crowds. But the historical centre is still in walking distance. The train station is in close vicinity which was great for us, also the very good supermarket, loaded with fresh local cooking ingredients. The apartment is big and bright and furnished with a lot of taste for stylish details. And it has two bathrooms! Our contact person was very responsive and helpful.

We missed some more big coffee cups and the air conditioning was pretty loud. The dinning table is also a bit small for the crowd of 7. Basically just minor stuff.
