We booked on a whim and it all worked nicely. The host Nadange was super responsive, the place itself is centrally located, super functional and clean, the fridge acts as a well stocked minibar (no soft drinks though) for a low fee.

What's not to love?!!!!
We were in France for 16 days and visited and stayed in a few cities and Vrbo's!
My party of three agreed that the location and the service ( champagne) were the tops for us!!! And that included Paris.
We so enjoyed our talk with Nadange, she is warm and welcoming and professional.
If we return to Reims we will stay with her again.
We found France to be quite beautiful, friendly and of course full of history and amazing architecture.

The location of this property is fantastic! Short walks to several boulangeries, great restaurants, grocery store, shopping, excellent tram, bus and train systems. The lodging was very clean and the host was very responsive and caring.

The only negative to this property is that it is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. 40 steps up and down. Aside from that it is in a great location and was very quiet despite being located on a main street. It is actually on the backside of the building, parking was cheap and convenient as well. 8 euro a day with in and out privileges.

It is exactly as it appears in the photos. Very nice, clean, and close to everything. Having a large bed for the big kids made it nice for everyone. Parking is a three minute walk and it is a well lit and clean parking lot that we felt safe parking in. It is a bonus to be able to put a load of laundry through. It is located up two steep flights of winding stairs which is something to consider if you have mobility issues, but we had no issues with them.

Lovely location in the heart of Reims
We stayed one night while traveling to Germany. What a lovely flat! Modern but with a touch of vintage. The location is excellent, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and tasting rooms like Veuve! The unit was clean and Nadange was the perfect host! Highly recommend!

L’appartement était propre et bien situé.
Mais très mal isolé ! 2 fêtes étudiantes dans l’immeuble avec musique à fond et tapage jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit.
Insupportable quand on vient passer une nuit pour visiter la ville.

Un endroit idéal pour séjourner à Reims en famille nombreuse. Localisation idéale en plein quartier Cathédrale, parking et commerces à proximité. L'appartement est agréablement aménagé et en excellent état de propreté (état neuf). Nous avons apprécié la facilité de communication avec la propriétaire, Nadange, très arrangeante et accueillante. Merci à elle et si nous avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Bel appartement, ultra calme dans le centre du centre de Reims! On ne peut faire mieux en terme de calme et de situation. Propriétaire très agréable! On ne pouvait espérer mieux. Quand nous reviendrons à Reims ce sera là. Seul bémol, qui n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement, Abritel débite une caution qu'elle vous rend 10 après le séjour. Ainsi, passez par un autre site qui ne prélève pas la caution, car ce n'est pas acceptable.
