Nice layout, good bar

When I had to check out early morning (too early for breakfast), the staff offered spontaneously to provide me with a lunch parcel.

Clean, great garden area, helpful staff. Quiet.

It's definitely not worth the dollars. Very basic. Nothing in rooms, no kettle, etc. The duvet is too small for the bed. For a newish hotel, it was just blah. Breakfast was very unispiring. Maybe my expectations were too high (really didn't have any).

The room was an excellent size - Deluxe Apartment single use - in a corner space with large windows on either side, couch and comfortable queen bed. An equally larger than normal bathroom, shower had good water pressure. It was very clean upon arrival and although I didn't use anything from the mini bar, it was handy to have that to chill water bottles etc. There was also plenty of storage and robe / slippers. Location was a 10-15min walk to the bus station and 5min walk to the clock tower - good base for seeing the city.

The food was pretty lacking. Breakfast was included so I had that one morning but not a lot of flavour and the set up was a little chaotic - it was difficult to know where to check your name off and although it could have been due to other guests, there wasn't a clear direction so people were everywhere and you couldn't get around easily. The communication between staff could also be improved. I was awoken after midnight by two phone calls from reception (I ignored the first) because different shifts hadn't passed along that I had checked in and therefore despite having my passport scanned it had been lost along the way so was needed again. I was exhausted and given I was confused at being awoken I asked it this could be done when I came down for breakfast and was told it wasn't possible so had to get dressed and go down. I had also been in the room since 4pm so there was plenty of time to do this prior, so unless the building is on fire, don't call rooms after midnight. I'm sure it's a one-off but would be great if the staff can better communicate between all teams.

Drove straight into underground garage. Parked the car securely. Upstairs and checked-in in a minute. This is at 11am ... 3 hours before checkin time. Room is huge. Clean. Giant comfy bed. Staff courteous abd helpful. Location on the dege of old town ... we like to walk and were through the old town in 15 minutes snd into the main town in 20 minutes. Perfect for us. Breakfast wasnt brilliant. But it was much better than we are used to in the balksns.

Good location, fresh furnished, underground parking. Friendly and helpful staff!

Very limited breakfast per time and per serving. Would expect for coffee, kettle, cups and some glasses in the room :))
