Beautifully decorated hotel in a good position, right next to the center. Underground garage for cars (but we couldn't use it because we were with a larger vehicle...pickup). The food in the restaurant is excellent, the same for breakfast.

Очень приветливый персонал. Из-за погодных условий рейс задержали на 12 часов, отель оперативно отвечал на сообщения, сами изменили бронирование - я заселился рано утром, но эту ночь вычли из расчета. Очень тихо в номерах. Ресторан в холле прекрасен, порции как везде на Балканах king-size, цены умеренные и вкус блюд замечателен. Буфет для завтрака на отдельном этаже, завтракать в спокойной обстановке, без необходимости спускаться в холл очень комфортно. Сейф в номере большой, помещается даже ноутбук. На ресепшн вызвали PG такси, они работают по счётчику, вышло в полтора раза дешевле чем у фиксированных цен.

Стол в номере немного узковат и поэтому шатался. В номере не было закрытых мест для хранения.

Супер Отель! Останавливались повторно, нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд и дали категории Суперлюкс с джакузи) Ресторан в Отеле хочу отдельно отметить, готовят очень вкусно! Персоналу Отеля отдельный респект и благодарность!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Unser Zimmer hatte zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei großen Betten. Es lag nach hinten raus und war daher sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten einen Balkon. Leider hat man wohl an den Balkonmöbeln gespart. Die Stühle sind vergleichbar mit einfachsten Biergartenstühlen, also absolut unbequem. Nach zehn Minuten hatte ich sowohl an den Beinen als auch am Rücken schmerzhafte Einkerbungen vom Holz. Ich habe daher den Balkon nicht mehr genutzt.

Comfort, cleanliness, food, excellent and helpfull staff. Amazing stay at the heart of Podgorica.

Its always overbooked, coz its the best. So you have to have fast fingers booking :)

Hotel was lovely, the cocktail bar, the staff the rooms were wonderful. Your desk managers both day and night were exceptional.

A comfy spacious room, clean, quiet, and helpful front desk host. the restaurant was well priced and pretty tasty.

the towels were thin, frayed, and smelled like smoke. Not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. our room had a kitchen (sink, cook top) but oddly no dishes or pots. we didn’t need it or expect it, but strange to not provide if you have the kitchen. the tea and coffee in the room should be complimentary for a 4 star hotel.

Cleanness, bar with nice atmosphere and reasonable price, friendly staff. Sandra at the reception was very helpful and efficient in organizing the needs.

High-quality hotel with super employees. Very comfortable.

The heatwave but can't have everything only joking could not fault the visit

Hotel is in a convenient location. It was so easy to reach. Parking was under the hotel, so it was also good. Receptionists were so helpful. Restaurant was also good value for money, fast service, friendly atmosphere.

Almost all was good. More bread options, such as whole wheat or whole grain, could be added to the breakfast, as well as English Breakfast tea. Variety of food for breakfast was not the best. Also, chairs and tables were so tight that it was not pleasant to stand up and sit down.

Lovely big room and beds, mini bar, very clean, lovely carpet. Bathroom was brilliant, new hotel well thought out and constructed. Let us leave our bags after checkout for a few hours exploring before we moved on. Breakfast really good selection of fresh buffet food

Reception staff was fantastic and very helpful in answering all questions and organising our needs. Breakfast was above our expections, food was fresh clean and tasetful.

Breakfast was a slightly lower standard compared to other places but still very acceptable. Also we left early on the day of check out (before breakfast) - 2 other hotels had offered a “breakfast to go” with this situation.

We liked everything about the hotel - the staff, the rooms and furniture, the location, great hotel, restaurant and overall service! absolutely recommendable! exceeded our expectations!
